Must have missed the 6in part. I was just thinking they were 3 3/4 because they look small, and the packaging looks small also.

Oh...I was just asking if the HW was big enough, since I'm not familiar with the HW version. I think HW made a 1/18 scale batmobile, but I'm not sure if that's big enough for these figures :wave

Between this and the MoS line. I'm going to be broke but in the end I'll be :)

TRU exclusives are pretty damn easy to get. Unless you don't like it because there isn't a Toys R Us in your area.

No,I have one,but you know how it is hunting for toys and trying to beat out the scalper's...I hate hunting for toys anymore at retail. It's a waste of gas and time, plus most of the time TRU is just Toys Arn't Us

Man you said it :hi5:

Part of me wonders if they ain't holdin' out on us. Wouldn't that be something if they were waiting for the 50th anniversary in 3 years?:lol

Its a dream line for a toy company. They could make Batman in beach garb in another kid oriented line, and only a few kids would buy it. Put it in the Adam West line, everyone loves it! :lol

You're right, it's not. These aren't meant to be the heavy fabric capes of the comics, they're made to resemble the silk capes and cowls from the TV show, which, you guessed it, is what these figures are based on.:lol

So these are 6" scale and also how is Mattel's 6" stuff paint and overall quality wise? I really want these but I bought into Mattel's BB and TDK lines and they all have snapped elbows and wrists, and the 5" Ghostbusters are just straight children's aisle crap.

What they resemble is your mom's attempt to replace your lost plastic cape from some leftover fabric she had in her sewing drawer. :lol

We've all been waiting to add these 60's tv figures to our collections and a overzealous batfan such as yourself can spin it any way they want, but those fabric capes look like ****.

Coming from a guy that collects the new TMNT line?..really. XD

The Mattel Ghostbuster figures look pretty good to me.

Have to admit - on pure nostalgia alone, these are buys for me...very fun.

I collected pretty much all of the Movie Masters BB & TDK lines and as far as durability goes, they've held up. My 5 year old son plays with them daily and he's yet to snap a wrist or elbow. As for the paint, the one thing I noticed is that cloudy haze that develops on a few of figures (even my demon bats that's unopened has it) but that does rub right off. They may be over priced, but I think they're still decent, durable figures.
