Does anyone else have a Superman with a face that is much darker than the neck and hands?

It is impossible to say. These are hitting all types of wal-marts, but if your wal-mart ever gets them is anybody's guess. The best bet is to empty your shelves and pallet dive for these every night.

picked up the PE Bats and Supes today. Cool figures for sure, but when I look at them I don't think Mcguiness, I think they appear more Pacheco lol

What a way to come back from vacation! I'm just glad Maulfan had my back while I was gone.

For the record, scalping is frowned upon here and just about any other board that I can think of. Its one to thing to get a huge haul and help your fellow board members out, but to flat out brag about it here and say they are going on ebay is a low blow. Even offering them here for scalper prices isn't cool. A little above cost to cover your costs and time, sure, but to flat out scalp isn't cool.

People pay $300-$400 for these on ebay and it just feeds the scalpers more and so the cycle continues. People who buy it for outrageous prices are really the ones whose making it all worse for everyone. Once the feeding stops, the scalping ends and more of these will pop on walmart or priced reasonable on ebay.

I just can't understand people shelling out $300-$400 for plastic figures. Don't get me wrong I'm a collector of DCUC and love these figures too but I know where to draw the line. You could get a high-end stat or figure for that kind of money. *sigh*

Oh how I wish I'd find one reasonably priced set of wave 10!

Looking at these pics now sure makes me more sad if I can't get wave 10. Like having a missing tooth when you smile.

Very nice collection, ToyRewind. I skipped out on the DCSH line, so I'm looking forward to picking up the Luthor in the 2-pack with Supergirl. Super Powers, FTW!

Whoa whoa...did I miss something? Who's scalping around here? Just so I know to steer clear of em!!!

I have to admit, I've resorted to feeding the scalpers from time to time. Recently bought my blue Wildcat and JLU Cheeta 3 pack on ebay for more than retail cost. I try to limit my purchases to only two times retail including shipping. And with all the gas one would spend hunting wave 10, I'm not sure if paying a couple c-notes on this wave would average out in the long run. So far, guys are going on week 4 looking for these everyday...that's a whole lotta gas money!!!!

I'm sorry to say this will be going on as long as collecting is going on...its just goes with the territory.

Yeah. Screw that. How is it possibly worth the time? I'm not willing to spend over $20 or so for a given figure, but I sure as hell ain't gonna drive to Wal-Mart every night to pallet dive.

I would rather just do without, which I may well find myself doing with some wave 9 and 10ers.

But what about the gotta have it mentality? A lot of collectors will pay ridiculous prices just because they can't pass on something regardless of the price. I fall into that category myself. When I want something, I just can't say no.

Luckily I've had some self control when it comes to Wave 10. I just check the aisle when I make a trip to Wal-mart. Hopefully, my local WM is just holding back on these until holiday shopping begins, that's about when they had released Wave 5 in my area.

I've only seen Cpt Cold, Big Bardas and Firestorms. Nothing of anything recent.

I was hoping to find Target Exclusive Superman Batman Public Enemies DCUC but instead I found the 3 4/4 figures of it. Got the 2 three packs and the 1 six pack.

They look decent but Superman and Captain Atom looks horrible as for Major Force, he looks okay. They should of pack other characters in the six pack, because if you end up buying the 2 three packs you'll end up with two Superman and Batman.

Finally found a spot that might be worthwhile to check occasionally. Unfortunately its about 30-40 minutes away. They had a cyborg, wonder woman, and kid flash. Unfortunately no wave 10 or 5 pack. I missed out on catwoman.
