The telxon is useless for these...i had them punch in UPC's for wave 10 and the hot chick manager was like, we have 34 on hand and then said she knew exactly where they were in the back...she went back and grabbed all the rest from the back, all wave 7 figures...so, these numbers DO NOT specifically correspond with the figures on hand,

That's because WM has only one SKU number for the entire line. Walmart orders the SKU and it's up to Mattel to decide which wave they send.

Too bad Hasbro doesn't make DCUC, at least you can count on them having every single crappy exclusive they put out...TF's, SW and even great so, Wolverine!

I think i may just get out of these...i stopped collection JLU figures for this exact reason, i should have learned my lesson back then on how Mattel works.

Hasbro's no better. Their exclusives are sometimes just as hard to obtain especially their TF ones. The problem I have with Hasbro is that they know better. They're not newcomers to the "collectibles market" and have been dealing with collectors for years. Mattel on the other hand quite honestly doesn't know what the hell they are doing. They are kind of learning along the way. The only long term collectible line Mattel has is Barbie.

I got a set myself too.

Luckily for me one of my friends works at Target and she picked them up for me today. Now I just got to get my lazy but over to her house and pick them up.

Between wave 10, Public Enemies, and the MOTU classics next week; Mattel is taking all of my money.

Went to one more wal-mart out of my way this morning; still no wave 10 but I did snag a lone helmeted Barda to go with Mr. Miracle. It's gonna be even harder now to resist getting Minty Fresh Aquaman and steroid-stunted Kid Flash to complete Atom Smasher...

I like those public enemies figures. I think I'll just be getting batman and the icicle sort of guy for now but I'm also hunting for the newer "walmart" Wave with manbat.

So I've given up (for the moment, at least) on trying to find wave 10. With my birthday coming up tomorrow, a choice lies before me: do I pick up Minty Fresh Aquaman and Kid Flash (who I don't really want) to complete my Atom Smasher (Al rocks), or scour ebay and amazon for earlier figures like Orion, Red Tornado, and Etrigan?

Any advice from my fellows here?

Every store got 6 cases of these last week but the official street date was Sunday so most didn't put them out till then.

Go to your Target and look up the number if there isn't any on the shelf.

Looking at the shelf is a waste of time. Always look up the item in the computer. I wish Walmart had the same system as Target.

did this exact thing about an hour ago and while the guy was able to yell me that they did have them, he didn't have a location for the figures so it shows them as "on shelves" He then checked other stores and they all show the exact same thing 6 on hand, no location.

Thanks for the post. I was able to use it and go grab Batman and Superman. Missed out on Banshee though. Oh well.

Has anyone picked up Black Lightning and Major Force yet? I've checked on 6 Targets in my area and everyone of them had the cases, but they only had Superman, Batman, Silver Banshee, and Icicle. Maybe the other 2 guys are getting released later?!
