Got my wave 11 in today, too.

Wish they made the shoulders on the shark have a better transition.

Arrgh! Get your big arm offa me!!!

The twins are my favorite of the pack, aside from Kilowog, not because of the character but because they just look cool.

nice pics, amused!

kilowog looks friggin' awesome. saw all of them today at walmart. i was really surprised by how much i dig the cyborg superman. i'd like to pick up the lanterns to go along with hal.

Kilowog is the build a figure in this series and the question didn't come with any accessories.

Quick reviews in order of my favorites:

Kilowog: Big, sturdy, awesome. The reason I wanted the wave, and I am not disappointed. No issues outside the edges of his ring band not *quite* painted up to where his fingers from the rest of his fist, a MINOR nit.

Comic Steppenwolf: It looks like he leapt off the page. I just wish his sword was less rubbery and his whip was a little MORE rubbery.

John Stewart: Bland, but he just edges out Henshaw because of the constructs. The gun is very nice and the fist just makes your Hal Jordan a hundred times cooler. I kinda wish his eyes were green like the JLU version, but again, a minor nit.

Henshaw: I was a tad underwhelmed when I had him in hand at first, but I got used to his head seeming too small. Its Cyborg Friggin Superman! In his SC togs!!!

Deadman: I wish they would have went with a neutral headsculpt, but he's VERY nicely done.

Question: No fists or accessories makes him less cool, but he's another figure I NEVER thought I'd see in this line.

Shark: Lots of credit for not just re-using Series 2 Aquaman's calves. Zany, obscure, fun.

Katma Tui: The lowest only because of the lame 'sword' construct that doesn't look right no matter how it's posed and the lack of neck articulation hurts the gals more than the guys in my opinion.

All in all, a great wave.

Though I don't care for this wave beyond Kilowog and Question, I love how they mix in the obscure characters. If this were a fledgling line, I would take issue because there would be the fear of never finishing up core teams, but given its popularity, you can populate an entire wave like this one with b-level 2nd stringers and they will still sell! Being a guy who has my own favorite, albeit obscure characters, this is nice to see. C'mon, Speedy!

Swift - you forgot the Superpowers Steppenwolf. It is so accurate to the original superpowers design. The face looks so mean with that squint. I also love how they solve the shoulder pad detail and still leave enough articulation on the shoulders. The used the same shoulder pad detail on the other Swolf so one can raise the arms sideways up to a 45 degree angle. Hard to hold on the figure with all those sharp points.
Also, Don't know about your Kilowog. Mine still has some sort of shiny residue around the mouth and nose. Not sure if it's deliberate or not but I like it. Makes him look like he's salivating or foaming at the mouth.

Yeah, I didn't open the SP 'wolf. He looks neat and all, but I don't need a multiple of such an obscure character, so he's up for grabs for cost if anyone wants him.

And I have NO clue why they redesigned the 4th world characters for SP or why Mattel (and some collectors) are obsessed with revisiting them. I DO know that Kirby actually redesigned his own characters for Kenner when they did them, so from a design standpoint I suppose they're legit. But Darkseid with a cape and necklace? Orion with a white Man-E-Faces helmet? Not for me.

If anybody needs an old school (yellow) Dr. Fate, I've got one I will sell at cost. Or, willing to trade for Wildcat (would actually prefer the blue/purple one).
