Saw a "prototype" of Bruce Wayne in spelunking gear during a recent toy run in Hong Kong. The ski mask is made of rubber and fits onto the head quite nicely.

Me too. I was lucky with the unmasked Batman, but needed to enlist help on the Demon Batman. I hope the Harvey Dent chase isn't as hard to find.

If you couldn't tell, I'm a big Dent fan.

Harvey is a ^^^^^*** chase even though they revealed and promoted him??

Harvey is a ^^^^^*** chase even though they revealed and promoted him??

Chases are never kept as surprises. They are always shown off and promoted.

But if these do end up as Matty exclusives and never see retail, then there is hope Harvey won't be a "chase." Maybe produced in less quantities, but not an online chase. That would be even worse! Plus his suit body has countless custom potential - Bruce, Gordon, Mob bosses, thugs, Ra's, and so on.

I personally hope that wave 3 was cancelled. Sonar Lens Batman? Really? The Scarecrow is a good idea, but their paintjob is inaccurate and he had no necktie yet. Pretty crummy prototype if you ask me. EE never had these available for preorder so that's a hopeful sign to me that they were scrapped. I want other characters early in this line rather than so many repeats!

Why wouldn't the thug suffice for that? I got both Scarecrow and a Bruce Wayne made using the thug as a base. You gotta do some work with the hands (sand the gloves off and paint them or even swap them for other ones) and sculpt the necktie yourself, but if I could do that much, I think anyone here could as well.

Why do you "hope" it is cancelled. If you dont like them, you can always pass on them. These cancelled serieses always give me the feeling of having an incomplete collection as I know there should have been more. When I had the Muppets I was always looking at the shelve and thought, "Dam Ernie and Bert are missing, and where is Oscar?!" They cheated me on the whole Sesamstreet. Same with World of Springfield, He-Man (Vintage and 200X)... The line is endless... Produce them, otherwise we riot.

If enough people pass on a series, sales don't do so well. I say get some new characters out there for collectors to enjoy rather than throwing countless Batmans at them. Maybe don't cancel the wave. Just postpone it for a later date. It's a dumb concept to just have a white eyed Batman in my opinion. Give us some accessories and then maybe I'd change my mind.

Hi all, new member here!
Same as a lot of collectors I absolutely love the MM figs. They're really great figures and had a lot of fun customising them over the past few months too..
But what really kept my interest and love for the series alive was the promise of the new waves with Two Face and Jail Cell Joker... and after almost a year of anticipation and excitement it seems almost sure that they will be cancelled.
It's a real shame as this line could've been one of the best around with a lot of potential for new characters...
Even if these new waves are still coming, it's getting seriously hard keeping my interest in them now.

Quick update - according to another site, although there has been no official announcement, it seems Mattel has stated that this line is now in limbo for the moment while they have talks to discuss the future of the line.

I'm really satisfied with with the MM series, but it would ROCK HARD if:
- It comes with acessories in scale;
- It has another characters from BB/TDK (Gordon!!)
- It has characters from Burton's Batmans
