The jacket itself was really odd to start with

oh so he DID wear all that stuff together lol. Thanks for the pic, yeah that Jacket is really odd looking

Daryl in that figure is wearing like 3 shirts and a jacket and the vest. (Plus a Freaking Poncho)

Has he ever done that? the figure looks great. But the other night I Was looking at a review, It hit me, WTF were they thinking? Daryl is wearing every single piece of clothing he owns :lol:lol

I dont remember seeing him with jacket-vest- poncho- shirt-undershirt-second undershirt

If i was in a zombie infested world i think i would want a few extra layers as protection plus who wants to carry all there clothes around.

This just makes me sad. Let your toys breathe people. They look so much better out of the package.

I never understood the point of buying toys to keep them sealed (Unless it is done like an investment/retirement fund type of thing)

Also I wish toys came in boxes that could be sealed again, I hate when toys come with clam shells, How many times have people owned Hot Toys or Sideshow figures that were touched and displayed, only to be put back in the box and sold as new.
But with cheap crappy 17 dollar toys...no, the package is never usable again.

Still, Never understood the "Always sealed" mentality. Whats the point of having the toy

Lol yeah i agree! These toys are suppose to be displayed and posable

These are available to buy if any of you want to buy them and open them and display them, they might look good opened and displayed but a few more hot toys would look better to me in my detolf

I agree! I am the only figure collector that I know in person, and am the only collector that anyone I know knows. I can't tell you how many times I've had the same conversation over the years regarding why I take my figures out of the boxes. People always "remind" me that I'm missing the point of figure collecting; that I'm doing it wrong somehow. As if they'd know! I have to tell them that my figures are not investment schemes. I don't plan on selling them in the future, and while a lot of my figures are great quality and look awesome...99% of them aren't worth anything anyway.

I keep the boxes of my more expensive figures, because expensive figures often come with cool boxes, and they are handy for keeping accessories in. They are also great to use when moving or changing displays around. Just stick them back in their boxes, and your valuable figures stand no chance of getting damaged in the shuffle.

But for my figures that can be found here, there, and everywhere...nah, screw keeping them in their boxes, packed away in bubble wrap inside a plastic bin in the closet. I keep them out so I can see them every day. And for the figures that don't get a spot in the display, I keep them in a safe, easily accessible bin so I always have the chance to visit them or rotate the display with ease.

On a related note: My cousin has an electronic 20 Questions game that he got from like, Toys R Us a few years ago. He keeps it in the box. I've told him a thousand times that that toy/game is not going to be worth ANYTHING, so there's no need to keep it in the packaging. He doesn't want to listen.

My TWD figs and my NECA 7" preds are still in their packaging. I like them that way...and no, I do not plan to resell them.

Aw c'mon. Guess it don't matter, already paid and pre ordered. Gnna have so many characters I might have to just put them in museum poses. Right now I have a little dio scene in my detolf, but it's pretty crowded
