Ha yeah I’m sure there is. I’m my experience I’ve typically found selling stuff is more aggravation than it’s worth. Plus, like Khev was getting at, I’m not sure this one is gonna be quite the GOTG level of success.

For me it was her dark hair and eyeliner combo.

You like it the hair and eyeliner combo, huh? Dark hair and eyeliner combo very good, huh? I get you some dark hair and eyeliner combo. :wink1:

Eh. I'm sure it'll do fine as long as they didn't bloat the budget. I do look forward to the people coming out of the woodwork to complain about the deviations from the source material because they're supposedly die-hard Eternals fans though.:lol

This thread alone is already more entertaining than Marvel Phase Snore, lol.

They have to start small, slowly build up to something. That's how phase 1 began. You cant go from the infinity saga, a 22 film, 3 phase epic conclusion, to another big event in phase 4. Things have to settle down a bit. The status quo has to be reestablish, and at some point there will be another Avengers film that might end up opening the door for the next phase and saga. Phase 4 is already easily beating the beginning of phase one, which consisted of a guy in a cave building a suit, a mediocre Hulk film, and a bad sequel to IM.

The Leader is still on the floor of that lab, waiting for when someone remembers him.

You disagree? They only showed the beginning of phase 4, not all of it. So far, it's only the first 3 years, and we already have 5 big films, two which introduces new characters and 5 shows directly connected to the films, unlike the Netflix shows. The first 3 years of phase 1 are a joke by comparison.

That's how the first 3 years of phase one began. You can't even compare it to DC's phase....anyway, first 3 years, with the awesome reinvention of the world greatest and most iconic hero, Superman. Then.. suicide squad, batman v superman THE EPIC cinematic debut of the most famous iconic female hero ever and awesomely executed Wonder Woman!!! What a start! :woo :yess:

:lol :lol

Okay you want a sweet DCEU here you go:

Superman: The Movie
Superman II
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice (begins where TDK left off, Bruce being hunted by cops, it also begins where SMII left off, with aftermath of the Zod city battle)
Wonder Woman
Aquaman

Boom. There you go. The best Supes flicks, the best Bat flicks, Supes' death in BvS has more gravitas because he's a continuation of Reeve, it works as a trilogy capper for *both* Batman and Superman and then bring in WW and AM. The JL is formed off screen. You're welcome, lol.

7 movies in 40 years, and two of them sucked.

I'm not sure I should admit this but I don't know who that is or what reference you were making :monkey3 Thank you for the pic however

Her name is Paige, a retired wrestler that no longer looks like that thanks to plastic surgery and losing weight.

The reference is from this old Saturday Night Live skit.

The first Iron Man still remains one of the best of the MCU, at least in the top 5. The sequel definitely wasn't of the same caliber, but it still had some good moments (especially in retrospect to the original Avengers) and I thought Whiplash was better than *most* of the mass-favorite MCU villains (not saying much).

Even TIH I was eventually able to warm up to, I just don't think it fits in well with the rest of the MCU.

I never said IM wasn't good. I was just pointing out how small it was in scale. A guy in a cave makes a suit and fights his friend in a parking lot. Dr. Strange alone in phase 4 is battling a multiverse of madness. Just putting things in perspective, because Khev was calling the first 3 years of phase 4 boring, when in reality it blows away anything in the first 3 years of phase 1.

Ha no doubt about that! Really the only thing I’m looking forward to, and hoping they “get right” is X-Men whenever they get around to it.
