Here are a few other shots. SS has pants and Medi does not.

Here is the SS with the Medi shirt on. Looks nice. The shirt has a lot longer sleeves and a wire around the bottom hem.

It's also cleaner and not fringed on the hem like the SS.

I think the SS fits better in the backpack as well because you can either bend the feet or take them off completely.

Here are a few shots of the finished product.

I have to say I like the quality of the Medi clothes. Very nice texture and well tailored but not for the SS body and figure. It just seems way too bulky and doesn't drape well.

I think the SS clothes go very well with the SS figure. Better tailored to the body and drape much more natural.

I think SS got the scale just a bit better than Medi. I still like my Medi but I think I like the SS more. If anyone want my Medi with the box I'm posting it on my for sale thread.

I was hoping to use the heads do a 1/6 custom using the SS yoda. Here's what I have planned.

He really is taking a bit of heat here for the way it appears he painted these heads.

I wasn't aware of who did the painting, but the pics don't look good. So I figure it's the lighting, paint, sculpt or combo effect

Just got mine in and it is awesome. I love this thing. Very cool. The head is posable besides being able to switch out between the two. My very favorite yoda collectable.

Just a few different options.
I really think both SS and Medi are too big. The body on the SS is great. It just needs a bit of shortening and skinnying if that's a word.

Damn, you are fast getting stuff.

It's looks great except the hair and the eyeballs are really small.

In terms of 1/6, I could sort of live with the ArtFx body, but to me the head looks too small next to Luke. Yoda's head is roughly the size of a human head.

Can you pose the Luke next to the display base? It's really what SSC should have done.

Thanks squeak. Yup. Ill post some pics in a bit. I responded in the SS yoda thread to your post and yes I think you are right. The yoda head still seems a bit too small compared to screen shots. I'm not sure what ill do yet. Undecided.

I've always seen him as tiny. No taller than mid thigh to Obi wan at full height.

If I can make the SS body smaller I think I might be happy with it.
