Well, UPS finally dropped off my bike and Kaneda.
I shot about an hour and a half of video unboxing it. It's going to take some time to edit, but I hope to have a short "unboxing/review" done in the next few days.

Got my notice from BBTS today that my preorder is in their warehouse being fulfilled.
I did notice the price increase compared to the preorder price on the bike now that BBTS has it in stock. I was lucky I pulled the trigger when I did (was on the fence to buy it or not) to get the lower preorder price for the bike. Because as soon as I successfully placed my preorder for the bike on May 5th, a few minutes later it went to preorder out of stock status. Always happy to save some exta money, especially when it costs over $300!

So does the BBTS come with the extra cowling, or is it just the standard bike?
I'm curious as to how exclusive the set from Sideshow is... and if their retailers have the same set, or if its only Sideshow in the US selling them.

There certainly was a lot of confusion over that when the bike was first made available on the SSC site. I think the lower price at the usual etailers like BBTS or others is because the extra cowl and sticker are not included. which is fine by me since I only want the bike as it looked in the anime/comic anyway. Though if my shipment did came with the extra stuff I wouldn't complain.
