The problem with any line is when, aside of it's own designs, the resolution is wrong, in reference of sculpt, paint job, assembly, materials and articulation functionality. This happens usually with Black Series and MAFEX. The original concepts, proportions, paints, etc. are really fine, good or even brilliant, but those never come true whth the final product. Instead, we get poor paint jobs, soft materials, loose joints, even bad hidden designs that were not shown on promo pics, like the recent MAFEX Kylo, with a surrealist inner body, far away from any human proportion, or the annoying hood and tunic, etc...
Now talk about SHF figuarts. Ok, you don't like their armored characters, but the figure execution is absolutely amazing, almost perfect in some figures. That's all! give us what we expect to get. MAFEX doesn't gives us that in most of the cases, SHF does in most of the cases.
And, let me say, SHF RO Stormtooper is amazing.
