I'd demand a brand new one, because if you send it back to them to get repaired it will come back with missing parts. They completely ****ed me over with my REX and sent it back with missing parts and didn't have any spares to give me to replace it and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience." Their CS can be either great, or suck a ****ing ****.

Jesus that plastic looks worryingly thin, I never really mess about with posing things too much so I'm staying well clear.
Ray didn't feel as "posable" as rex.

Ended up getting 5 of those White Raiden 360 sets for £89.99. Gonna trade them in and score £10 on each one. Make up for the stupidly priced games in Grainger on launch (£52 for Mordor on launch day).

OMG WTF. You should seriously, raise a stink about that with ThreeA's customer service. You just got it out of the box and that happened, they should be able to give you an exchange for a new figure.

Snake, I wouldn't accept no for an answer from 3A CS, they speak a load of **** and bull half the time due to language barrier.

Yep he called me, combination of catching up with my emails//order/jedi messaging him. Sounds like they are about to be shipped to him via fedex.

Yeah seemed like a nice guy on the phone, i forgive the lack of communication as he did emphasize " we are a 2 man team doing the work of 10 ". So its all cool. All i needed was a bit of communication. Thanks again for poking him

I pressed the issue to no avail. That language barrier line is such a load of bull ****, hire people that can speak and read proper English considering most of their costumers speak that. So many of my emails they didn't understand, even though they were heavily outlined and to the point.

I've planned even before REX to have them side by side next to my TV and PS3. I just hope I can pull it off, it really depends on RAY's wingspan and how I pose him. I'll post a bunch of pics when I get him.

Since SSC took their sweet ass time to ship him, I don't think I'll get him until Friday

It hasn't updated with a delivery date as of yet.

That whole piece is pretty much hollow with a few support "beams" on the inside. It's definitely not as poseable as Rex. Everything on it is incredibly stiff and feels like you're going to break something even with all the little press buttons for the joints. Paint job is awesome on it though.
