That's true. If anything, the prices of the Big Boss figures increase dramatically over time, and I'm sure that this figure (the Cold War ver. Snake), is not an exception.

However, the figures do seem to cap off at around $450. Anything well beyond that, and collectors aren't willing to buy.

lol I knew what you meant . Honestly, I don't have a clue as to why Medicom didn't make any RAH figures from MGS 1 or 2. I would really love to have an RAH figure of Solid Snake from MGS 1.

It's because they have lost the rights to Hot Toys, who will be making ALL the characters we want....MGS2 Vamp, MGS2 SS, Raiden, MGS3 Big Boss in sneak suit, MGS3 Ocelot.

I weep at what HT could give us I really do.

HT Big Boss (multiple versions from MGS3 and MGS4), The Boss (sneaking suit and BDU from Virtuous Mission), Ocelot (1, 2 and 3), The Fury, Para-Medic and Laughing Octopus are musts for me. Plenty of others, but I couldn't live without these.

You're probably right, well, I'll see if I can justify him. Or I'll keep hoping Hot Toys will pick up the line, since I vastly prefer their stuff. We'll see!

I don't have any action figures from Hot Toys. But, if you guys all say that Hot Toys is better than Medicom, then I believe you all. Personally, I think the Medicom figures are way too expensive.

Why don't we do an online petition on the forums, and then send it into Hot Toys?

$225 is REALLY cheap for the Croc Cap ver. When did you get it?

Got it around this past December, yeah keep watching the for sale forums they always have great deals on HTF items. I remember too when it was for retail I thought it was too expensive for a figure. That's why I may just pick up the upcoming figure of Snake if not I'll regret it again. I also would have an option to swap out the tiger stripe head with the regular one. And of course purchase a BDU like allot of you are saying.

What i think Medicom should do...is to add different accessories this time,they did it with Croc Snake,but Zombie and Tiger Stripes Snakes have the same accessories like the knife and Pistol.
Same with MGS4 snakes,Grey and Olive Drab,Pistol,M4 and Knife.

Why not add "The Patriot" Gunner that he got after he killed The Boss with this Cold War Snake,that is a Gunner i really want with Big Boss.
