Again, the Revengeance Raiden isn't even out yet and we're getting a second figure of him. There are plenty of other people that could have come first: Revolver, Sniper Wolf, Psycho Mantis, Fortune, Vamp, Olga, not Vulcan Raven since he'd be another large figure with a higher price point like Solidus (so he can wait), The Boss, Young Ocelot, Eva, any of the Cobra's, Fat Dude on Rollerskates (forgot his name atm), Roy Campbell, Naomi Hunter, Emma, any of the Beauty and the Beast Corps, etc.
And figuring that we only have one female in the line so far, he should have been overlooked for another girl figure.
youre funny dude. theyre going through each game in order it seems whilst still keeping with the current ones. it just so happens that mgr falls around the same time of this release. btw, we prolly wont see these til the end of the year. by august well see the last mgr raiden. this is fine by me. i will have them all and i really dont care what order they come in just as long as i get them all. 
The coat is tiny and it honestly should be removable, like you can take the torso off and switch it with a another so you can pose him with his tattoo exposed. I don't get why his sleeve is down

that would meanits going the the same mold for PW sneaking suit then? except for the bandanna i guess lol but judging from the pic. it looks like it has a better paint job than the grayish tone the PW version had.
as for the mgs2 raiden maybe they went for the HD collection rendition instead cause lots of haters has been bashing the old look of raiden.
They're trying to improve the image of raiden so why would they stick to the ingame accurate look if lots of people hated it. Some people may have preferred the classic look but with that kind of feedback from the community from the past i doubt theyd go to that direction again... in the business/marketing point of view IMO
