That's why I tend to dislike limited/premium items from Japan. Sellers sure know how to take advantage on the prices!
To be honest, compared to the retail price it was for that lottery the eBay prices are reasonable considering they are based on unreasonable prices

Haven't tried them, their still in the box sealed. The box I got kind of was dinged up so I may get another and eat the one I have, I hope it didn't expire
It's hard to pick my favorite collectible, it's cliche but I guess it would have to be REX
Although I absolutely cherish my PAK collection. I would part with REX before the PAKs.
i just thought of something. isnt it funny how were drooling more over solidus than these hot toys figs???? i mean aside from clothes these really can compete with ht. whats weird is i look at my PAK **** way more than my naked snake fig, and for longer. i think its cool that these cost a fraction of hot toys and can revere more curb appeal. i cant wait for liquid and the raidens. we got 4 raidens in a row!!!!!! the GZ BB is probably going to get a ralease date relatively soon. i mean, why would it already be painted. i feel the same as another person who posted theyll reuse the sneaking suit mold without the pouches tho and a repaint. thats why i think weve never seen any protos. this of course is pure speculation.

Solidus is the best of the line hands down.
i think im going to buy doubles of mgs2 raiden and solidus. on raiden will be the mask with the hand gun and the other will be unmasked with the sword. the 2nd solidus will be the p90s with the mags. i have no ambition to do this with any other paks because most have variants of some sort.
I wanted doubles of Solidus too but he's too much money to do that, for me anyway.
taxes baaaaaaabbbbbbbyyyyyyyyy. my returns are going to be raped by MGS so i can finish it up as much as possible. im almost done!

Continuing what Plissken said about being sick of Big Boss, don't you think we have at least one more Solid Snake game that takes place after MGS2? It could easily deal with Snake's struggle to cope with his age yet he hasn't discovered that he has accelerated aging.
I secretly wish that the so called "prologue to MGS5" is merely a chapter of Big Boss trying to rescue Chico them BAM! we're transported to post-MGS2 with Solid Snake, with Big Boss's rescue mission in the past having a direct effect on Snake's task at hand. Let them all be connected in some way.

If it's built like MGS2 where you go from Big Boss to Snake that would be good. At least we would have Snake back in the spotlight.
I honestly think in the next five years we will see a remake of Metal Gear 1.
yes i didnt have a timeline but werent we just discussing that. i dont see why they wouldnt remake it, modernize it to fit in with the others. they could tweak it ala-mgs style and make it awesome. id love it in 3d. sorry plis id like to see it even if you couldnt care less.
Hopefully its bound to happen.

Raiden from MGS2 design was always my favorite one, loving the sword and the scuba oxygen mask. Definitely will be getting this one for sure. Still missed out on Gray Fox though
I guess this one will kinda make up for it.
