Skullface is looking pretty awesome actually, itll be cool to see the paint after. I wish i bought an extra of every figure so i could have a neutral colored proto looking one like we see in these pics.

I think Skull Face is cheesy looking, but I still think it's an original idea. PAK will paint it terribly, count on it.

Hello everyone, I've been coming on this topic for a fair bit, thought I'd finally register to thank everyone for the participation and news about MGS figures.
I've been a MGS fan since forever (98 as most people) and I've almost finished a huge video about every MGS game up to date, sadly for now it will just be in french, but I will work on an english dub early next year.
In the process of making the video, I decided to make the set look nicer with MGS figures, it took a while and a lot of money to gather most of these, sadly I will have to partake with most soon after the completion of the video. I thought I'd share some pics here as I enjoy this forum.

A custom Liquid figure I assembled since Play Arts took forever to release their Liquid... I really hated the Yamato figure, but I thought it could look okay with a nicer body, sadly the paint colour of the body and the face isn't the same. It doesn't show much in the video hopefully, but since this is a day shot, you can tell the difference.
Still happy overall with the result, too bad PA delayed the real deal for so long (though I'm not happy with the face they made him, still has that zombie look going on).

The Meryl and Snake here have been customed by TR Creations, really great guy and amazing skills, I think I have seen him on this forum as well.
And I decided to made my own TPP Kaz, the clothes and beret are too big but what the hell, i needed to have a figure representing the GZ/TPP era.

Hope you like it, and great participation on this topic, it's very cool to see other MGS dedicated fans like you.

Oh did you make a Solidus cloak as well? I have looked at a lot of pictures here in the past but don't recall this happening, could you upload your pic? I really did a garbage job with it, I took a black cape I had and cut it haha. I never really enjoyed that Octopus thing going on so I wanted to cover it.

Yeah Kojima and Konami retweeted that a Kaz picture I tweeted them, I really want to show them my video so I thought why not tweet them some pic preview haha. I created the video so it could serve as a bonus to The phantom pain game, very few chances of it happening but I worked my *** off for the past 6 months, there is a lot of stuff on there, I hope it will please most MGS fans. It's 2 hours long (still in the process of cutting it as it's 2h30 long as of now).

I used to collected Metal Gear stuff years ago, does any of you know of junkerhq forum? I was there in 2008, but sold everything, I would look on ebay and other websites everyday, it was just too consuming and bad for my finances! The prices really went down these last few years, but with another MGS game coming up, it will be madness just like 2008 again! Most of the stuff in my set are donations from a fan of mine, and will be given to a videogame store I'm helping soon afterwards.

I might steal the cloak idea too. The only thing is i wanna display the gun and mags as well as the tentacles. Maybe i could have the tentacles throwing off the cloak. Anyone have pics of these scenarios with the cloak? Ryan, where are you?
