I'd say go for it man, no reason why you shouldn't. It IS an awesome figure in it's own right regardless of the nitpicks.

Thanks Frank. I'd love to, especially for all my SSF buddies. Maybe next year if I have the time.

This particular one was pretty easy, I used a base that came with the Toy Biz X-Men Wolverine Vs Magneto figures and the Hot Toys Christopher Reeve diorama pole and created a joint with epoxy. The base is more than sturdy enough to hold Raiden in that extreme pose. I wanted to use an Evil Superman base but those are crazy expensive. Here's the X-Men figures btw:

Thanks Solidus. I took the pose off the Revoltech promo pics so minus some points for originality. You have the whole Power Rangers Raiden lineup don't you? Man, those would be so cool to pose, just like what Jason does.

It looks awesome! It's too bad that the PAK figures aren't as articulated as the Revo ones. By the way, I just have the Black Raiden figure. I sold my Red Raiden on Ebay a few months ago. One figure's good enough for me .

Was gonna get the white raiden since it comes with the limited edition of the game. Ironically it's super cheap now but now I want the black one instead.

I ordered the revoltech version so I'll see how I feel when it arrives.
Really hoping for some MgS1 love with revoltech!!!

Koto Ray is up for preorder on BBTS. It's $100. That's kinda ridiculous considering rex was like $70

BBTS is so expensive. I remember when I bought the "Armor Plus Tekkaman Blade" figure back in 2010 for $79 at HLJ. BBTS had it listed for $119 WITH shipping from UPS. I think I saved about $30 going with HLJ, instead.

They're my go-to place for ordering anything Japanese-related . I've been using SAL shipping for the past few months, and it's a pretty reliable service, too. It's not as expensive as EMS, and your stuff will still arrive - although, in about two to three weeks.

Amiami seems to beat out just about any place when it comes to pricing. I don't know how they offer it so low.

I never ordered from Amiami, because they charge a cancellation fee and require a down payment for some things. Their prices do seem really nice, though. I remember a few months ago, when they had The Boss figure from Hot Toys for $60.
