Damn you guys rule! Thanks for all the feedback. I think I might go with the Medicom RAH after all. I'm just not into the Sneaking Suit. I really wish Hot Toys went with the camo....

Just try to get him repainted when you get him. For some strange reason, Medicom never painted the faces and that takes away a lot from the actual sculpt. Even more so with Old Snake.

Just try to get him repainted when you get him. For some strange reason, Medicom never painted the faces and that takes away a lot from the actual sculpt. Even more so with Old Snake.

Such insane work Ryan, that Old Snake is stellar. And I think that's the first I've seen of your repainted Naked Snake, great job at giving it live and bringing out the cheekbones.

Thanks brothers. Those cheekbones are there, it's just that the non-existent pain app ruins ruins the headsculpts. Btw I just realized that the his eye(s) is/are exactly like how he appears in-game. Wow.

And Jason, what's your favorite of the Medicoms? The Tiger Stripe?

my favorite is definitely the winter wonderfest squares version. ive had him in the same pose ever since i got him and he looks identical to what hed stand lke in the game imo. everytime i look at him im like "damn he looks nasty.......".

i think its necessary to comment on/compliment custom work when it goes up because it encourages more and better quality builds/repaints. i know when i see something similar to what i want to do it pushes me into something harder skilled or possibly a whole new avenue of customization. i hope i see more/different things from you guys. once i get other tools you WILL see me doing some really cool ****.

what sucks is you just recently missed like ALL of them for $100 each about a week ago. there also was a full set of yamatos that started at $90.

That's it! You just put the Medi Snakes on my 2014's resolutions Jason. I wanted the Tiger Stripe and the Zombie since like, 2005.

2014 is the year we'll all be broke. SO MANY 1/6 figures are coming out it's ridiculous. I was contemplating on quitting PAK collecting just to focus everything on 1/6. I mean, that Liquid is hollow under that coat.

Thanks Jason! I think I'm blessed that the Medis that are still on sale locally here aren't as crazy as the prices on eBay, but those starting bids you posted are too good.

I think Pliss would benefit most if there's a Yamato for cheap, because I remember him saying he can't find one at a decent price.

Figured out how to swivel raidens legs/hips to finally get a high kick. This figure officially has full articulation imo. also my sheath is mounted on his side like ninjas.
