I still shed a tear at the thought that eventually I will need to get the Boss to complete my collection. It's like the day you know you gotta line up at the DMV someday.

Oh Medicom, please come back!

ryan, did you see the $60 one i listed? jump on that one!

on a side note, i just finished paying amnur for my mgs solid snake sculpts. (1/6 and pak) i cant wait for the shipment, its my first custom sculpts and i hear his work is top notch. im scared to paint them, i hope i do a great job!!!

Yeah I did buddy! Great find! But I can't linked my Paypal to my bank account until I visit the bank, so there's no way for me to add funds for now and I have still haven't gotten around to that. :slap

On a side note, I bought the HT Snake for $120 so $60 for the Boss is just.. fitting for me. :lol

And Jason, with all your mad skills, I'd figure painting a headsculpt would be piece of cake for you. Come to think of it, have we seen you painting a head before?

nah, i acually painted my custom liquid pilot for rex. im not too pleased with it but i know i could possibly do better. thanks for the really kind words.

hahaha if you got her for the $60 youd have paid half for both than me and plis did. im not mad though, im still glad i got em.

That Liquid turned out spectacular man, considering the scale. I just bought a Tamiya precision brush (that paints really fine details) that would suit a job like yours and like I said before, those superfine Gundam markers too. I think painting regular headsculpts won't be an issue- not for you at least.

thanks man, i respect your opinion. i still need to get more paints and figure out what type of brushes do what. i really want to get into sculpting and figure out if i am any good at it. painting is pretty simple i think if you can remeber the colors you need or understand what colors to mix to get the desired color youre looking for. i took a really light skin color and kept dabbing in a little brown to get the color i did for liquid.

i did it for you guys, waiting on a response. :hi5:

"not sure if you put an extra 0 in there by accident or maybe the 4 was supposed to be a 1. did want you to rip anyone off accidentally because i wouldnt think youd realistically put that price on purpose. i found one on ebay ending in 2 days for $60, shes the worst selling hot toys to date. might want to revise your listing bud..................."

I Just got my PAK Liquid Snake yesterday, I think it looks good and that "shading" is PAK signature painting BS.
The scale is great, the posebility, the coat flow I really liked the figure.. but that Bazooka painting is horrible!

Yeah, my Liquid Snake's face is horrid. PAK ****ing sucks with painting. You'd think they'd wise up after all this time.

I still can't figure out why they would give Liquid a Stinger launcher. They should have given him a FAMAS like Solid Snake. That was the only weapon he used during the course of the game. I just took my Solid's FAMAS and gave it to Liquid.

lol what did you expect hot toys paint .

I'm not a newbie to Play Arts, I collected their FF figures long before they became "Kai." I expected it wouldn't be that bad considering everyone here whines about the Solid Snake paint app and I was fine with it.
