I actually like the hair. It wouldn't look as good rooted.

It should bee more silver white than yellow though. Not that it's really a complaint

And Raiden's headsculpt is perfect, I can't see it being better than what it already is. And **** rooted hair, all the rooted heads HT has done so far look like **** to me.

I just don't know why Kojima doesn't get the older characters out there... I guess with everything, you need to stay on top of what's currently relevant... which sucks for the older fans.

I just wish they'd be more smarter with their approach. Like with the reveal of the HT Raiden they could easily do a Gray Fox and fans would go wild. They'd sell current and old characters and be giving fans what they wanted while making bank

It's like companies, or even Kojima are unaware that people are going stir crazy to get their hands on high end figures of the older games

Guys, no way is this Raiden is gonna be bad right? And unlike the ugly @$$ MGS3 figures, this is a spot on representation and we can assume it'll sell more, right? (I can't believe I'm saying this)- Let's support Hot Toys and the chances of more MGS figures will become very high.

Raiden looks great, the likeness is definitely there. Hopefully the final lives up to the proto.

Well the Boss looks like this.

And Snake has a stylized neatly combed lesbian mullet, which should be very messy in the back. Plus, they didn't use the in game face and used a one off render for the 3DS version.

I think its because Raidens face is easier to sculpt/model. While Snakes face is always changing, and is even different from the art, Raiden here is true to the game and Shinkawa art.

I think the fact that MGS1 PlayArts came out as well the new Revoltech and Deja Vu mission, Kojima is aware of the want of MGS1 Snake(at least).
Im just anxious because of the likely wait for a HotToys SolidSnake. Theres a very big chance the next will be MGSV Snake

MGSV will undoubtedly be next unfortunately...

MGS1 Snake would be the highest selling VGM to date without question, you could even say the same if they did a Gray Fox.
