I got a new Kubrick--the Tiger Stripe Naked Snake. Missing the Croc Cap, unfortunately, but still a very cool figure and one of my top 2 or 3 Snake figures. Nice to have a more iconic version of Naked Snake in my collection now:

I think he means the unlicensed 1/6th scale Naked Snake with the Croc Cap and two outfits. I don't think it has been released yet.

I'm actually interested in picking it up for the clothing alone, as it seems Hot Toys is starting with one of the wacky sneaking/stealth suits he wears.

Konami issued them a Cease & Desist a while back.

Apparently, headplay apologized to Konami and Hot Toys on the BBICN boards, but it was in Chinese, so it hasn't really been making the rounds.

Durn. Well, I hope Hot Toys does the right thing and gives us Tiger Stripe or Olive Drab fatigues. Otherwise, in the words of the Immortal Hulk Hogan, they can stick it.

Yeah it's kind of a bummer but no sense worrying about it with HT on the case. I imagine they would go with some variation of camo fatigues unless they go retro and do sneaking suit Solid.

I better get cracking on custom 1/6 cardboard boxes...I'll make millllions....

Damn. That's a pretty good price as far as his stuff goes.

But will he give us screen accurate socks? The world waits with bated breath.

I don't think they ever mention it but I bet Snake is particular about his socks. My buddy is USMC and he came back from Paris Island saying "take care of your teeth, take care of your feet" any time he could squeeze it into conversation. Apparently those are the two biggest issues for soldiers in the field.

It would be funny if your sock durability ran out like your silencer.
