I have the CDs for MGS1, MGS2, MGS2: The Otherside, both MGAs, MGS4, MG20th Anniversary, MGR. I missed MGS3 and the 25th Anniversary CD, plus I'd do anything for the White and Black sorters.
I think you're overdue.
Oh well, maybe an opportunity will pop out some day. Maybe someone else will do another kit or recast.

That's pretty awesome considering how rare the First Bite is. I was persuading, begging my friend to sell his because I forgot to bring my soundtrack CDs when I met Hibino san and he refused. That's how rare it is.

Wait till you become an audiophile, MP3s of orchestrated or instrumental music just don't cut it under critical listening.

I think I'm getting there, my new headphones have utterly spoiled me. By the way, the surround sound in GZ is off in horrible ways. I just can't get it configured properly with my headset.

I like Snake Eater the best, but I must say I've never been big on OST's
I had a lot when I was younger, all the nobuo uematsu and metal gear ones, but I think I grew outta it and I can't sit and listen to the music just on it's own, other than snake eater

This remix is all sorts of wrong, but appropriate in its ending with "words that kill" .

The surround mix in GZ was severely underwhelming, and the lossy audio is beyond terrible. Like I said before, it's no better than a typical PS2 game with Dolby Pro Logic II. It's strange considering the mix of MGS4 is still one of, if not the best in gaming and the cutscenes were mixed by Skywalker Sound. I guess Kojima Productions cut corners with GZ.
Seriously, being an audio/vidoephile is a bane. You get worked up over stuff normal people (with better things to do, I might add) don't notice.

It sounded like I was listening to stereo all the time. In comparison, my Turtle Beaches have worked amazingly well in capturing the surround sound in TLOU, Rising, and Saints Row the Third.
It's glaring that KojiPro cut corners here, and most of their development went into the Faux Engun.
I have sound system in place for GZ to sound good you have to have it turned up high.
Well, I don't have a cool setup so I'm just using Surround Sound headphones
. But, for some reason, it's just not working with this game. It's like everything's defaulted to stereo for some reason.

Yeah, I have to turn my surround sound up pretty high and on bass for GZ to have that extra 'oomph' in the audio. The mission starting does sound badass mind.
