Yeah, it's a pretty awesome and hilarious parody, especially how they tried to merge MGS and Call of Duty.

And no problem! If you ever need help with Peace Walker, feel free to ask. I've completed most of the Extra Ops missions, so I'll try my best to assist. By the way, do you have a PS3 with "adhoc party"? If you do, then perhaps we can play online sometime.

What's your weapon set-up & strategy on beating the advanced AIs (Pupa II, Chrysalis Custom, etc.)? And did you beat 'em all alone? I can't get to have my office colleagues join me in these AI battles yet because they are still early in the missions.

In order to beat the advanced Pupa, Cocoon, and Peace Walker AI missions, you need to have at least one level 5 rocket launcher (preferably the LAW, Gustav, or RPG 7).

As for the Chrysalis (type II and custom), you'll need to have your FIM-43 upgraded to an XFIM-92. I think the classified document for the XFIM is located in one of the Outer Ops missions, but I forget which one.

Just upgrade your weapons and use the same strategy as you did in the story mode. But, a word of advice: Chaff grenades will not work in any of the custom A.I. battles.

Ok, I beat Pupa II, Pupa Custom, Cocoon Type II and Chrysalis Type II.. but I can't beat Chrysalis Custom, with his missiles eating up 2 Level-4 Rations per hit, and Peace Walker Type II, with his endless life!

Does anybody know how to get the high-end launchers? I need the M202A1 or M47.

I am still playing through Portable Ops MGS as i didn't own a PSP before the release of Peace Walker,i never bothered about PSP and didn't think the first game was necessery but followed by Peace Walker i have to play through it before i start on Peace Walker.

At first, the Chrysalis gave me problems as well. As soon as the battle begins, run in the opposite direction of the Chrysalis, and stick to the wall on your left. You should eventually see a narrow opening in the wall that you can run into, and use as cover, for when the Chrysalis attacks. Although, the opening isn't that "narrow", you'll still have to run around a lot, but at least you'll have a lot more cover on your side.

Thanks Solidus01.. I did see this when I did searches in YouTube.. SiNiST3R3X of PSPISO.com has been posting videos of how to S-rank missions. He's awesome!

However, I don't have the M47 yet. I need it in order to be able to perform the strategy in this video. With my current launchers, its very hard to chip off the life of the Chrysalis custom.

Currently, I'm doing Extra Ops Mission 46, etc.. I'm aiming to get the Carl Gustav with Fulton Rounds. That's the key to getting S-rank on Mech Extra Ops, and scoring an S-rank on Extra Ops mission 97 (I think, or 83) would land me the M47.

Help in acquiring the M202A1 launcher

Ok, I'm trying to get the M202A1 launcher. Based on this website, here is what I need:

M202A1 (rank 3 and 4): Extra Op 62 with an "S" rank or document in Extra Op 107

I think the information in that site is wrong, because the thing is Extra Ops 107 (Attack Chopper Battle: Mi-24D Custom) didn't have any Confidential Doc lying around. I used an MSF soldier with a Channeler skill, but I don't see any in the map. The map is very small, it is the Catarata De La Muerte, so it's really more of a "battle" map rather than an exploration map. I really can't find the Confidential Doc.

I also don't have Extra Ops 62 yet on my list, so I can't go down that path.

How did you get your M202A1 launcher? Any feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

^Well, all that you really need to beat the Chrysalis (Type II and Custom) are the XFIM-92 and FIM-43. That's how I did it, and I still don't have the M202A1 . The FIM-43 is really weak, but you can still use it as a support weapon (with the XFIM-92 as your main weapon). This strategy is slightly harder, but it's still doable, as long as you make your shots count, and carry supply markers.
