LOL! Thanks bro Solidus01! It's just sooo long when you only have the XFIM-92 & FIM-43.. I think I'll just keep doing the unfinished Extra Ops mission, hoping I'll unlock some new launcher. But I may have a crack at the Chrysalis Custom every now & then when I'm not feeling too lazy! Do you have any of the super-weapons?

^Well, all that you really need to beat the Chrysalis (Type II and Custom) are the XFIM-92 and FIM-43. That's how I did it, and I still don't have the M202A1 . The FIM-43 is really weak, but you can still use it as a support weapon (with the XFIM-92 as your main weapon). This strategy is slightly harder, but it's still doable, as long as you make your shots count, and carry supply markers.

I cant belive how much info they put on this UMD.
Only Kojima productions can pull something like this.

I cant wait to get the gustav-fulton recovery rocket.

I am getting my a$$ kicked by the AH56A Raider Custom chopper mech in Extra Ops Mission 91.. This is something I need to finish in order to unlock the next missions, which lead up to getting the Carl Gustav with Fulton ammo.

Does anybody have any tips on how to finish this mech battle? Right now, I don't care if I get a C-rank, I just need to finish the mission so I can move on.. Friggin' missiles are eating up my Rations & Great Curries, and 28 Escort Soldiers are a lot of distraction!!!

I tried doing the S-rank method that I saw in YouTube posted by yoyo22432, but I keep getting seen by the arriving escort guards.

Is there an easier way, so that I can move on? I am stuck because this mission will eventually unlock the weapons that will help me beat every other mission.

I was able to defeat the pesky AH56A Raider Custom chopper in Extra Ops Mission 91, thanks to my colleague.. All it takes after all, is one player distracting the chopper with rockets/missiles (him) and one player killing all the soldiers (me; killing 40 total with the Carl Gustav launcher with Heat rounds).. Once all 40 soldiers are gone, the Commander will come out, and oblivion awaits him!

I am so psyched!!! I can now continue on with the Extra Ops, need to get the almighty M47 launcher, the most powerful single-player-operated launcher in the game!!!

I had a local customizer sculpt a 1/6 Big Boss Snake head for me.

Serious. I know if we could get a custom head sculpt thread going where we get a minimum number of people interested, say 15-20 (more if there is that much interest), and I'm sure the sculptor would gladly sculpt another and sell them for $40 a pop.

~~Oh. I decided I'm going to order the Play Arts Sneaking Suit figure this upcoming week. I'm trying Amazon's new video game trade system and will have $80 in store credit for the games I sent in. After ordering Reach I should have enough left over to put a huge dent in the figure so that I'll order without feeling guilty.

Now I just need to know where to pre-order the Jungle camo figure.

I"m interested. You should post something in the customs forum. I'm almost certain that we could get at least 15 people on this. It would be significantly cheaper than any Medicom, the sculpt is better, and we could bask any configuration we want with him.
