Well guys is official ! The MGS movie is comming so..
I wanna hear what you guys have to say about it
I being watting for this movie for a long time.
It better be directed by HYDEO KOJIMA! and Ridley scott (black hawk down)
Music better be HARRY GREGSON WILLIAMS and HANZ ZIMMER (THE ROCK, Black Hawk Down, MGS2, MGS3, MGS4)

For the main role of SNAKE I think Hugh Jackman would do a great job.

As long as it's done by the right people with the original story in mind, I think this is a do-able movie. Jackman seems right for the role, especially his looks. I hope this won't be another debacle like the upcoming DBZ movie.

yeaaa man !! I am a huge fan of DBZ and I think is going to be a big flop.
they should have made it a CGI movie.

I have a good feeling about MGS but DBZ hmmmmmm not sure man.
Lets hope they can pull it off.

The Fx will look good but the characters are not going to look the same.

I'd love for this movie to be a great flick and success since the game series is nothing short of a MASTERPIECE.

But it really has the odds against it...video game movies basically have a 100% failure rate.

Kojima and crew just have to make sure they can maintain as much control over it before the film studio screws it all up.

I actually prefer Christian Bale as Solid Snake....he has more of the look than Hugh Jackman in my opinion.

I know is not a true story but the combination of both director's will deliver a very SOLID convincing film.
not some half ass piss port game adaptation.

I have said this in another thread before....but in a foreign interview with Kojima a year or so ago about the Metal Gear movie, Kojima did say that he was interested in either Christian Bale or Viggo Mortensen to play Snake.

Yeah, HK is the only man for this! And I don't think that he would ever give up the directing rights of this movie for all the money in the world. Hell, he could probably produce the movie himself with all the money he has and knowing how much money this will bring in!

Well Wimmer did work with Christian Bale in "Equilibrium", so maybe he will push to get Bale to play Snake .
