The Boss? Yeah, she's totally dead. Bringing her back would make Big Boss's motivations pointless if you think about it. Or were you referring to Big Boss? Yeah, he was extra toasty the last time we saw him. He may be back in flashbacks though, but he's almost certainly dead.

EDIT: I just watched the video, and he was referring to The Boss. Personally, I thought that was a pretty ridiculous question to ask, and don't know where he got it from.

If you're basing it off of that one possible picture of someone playing the game with Big Boss MAYBE on the screen, you probably forget that this game is full of flashbacks, and there has to be redone graphics from old games. The topic has been beaten to death. It's all just my opinion, bt I think he's very very dead.

No. A voice actor was hired several months ago to play his part and it was confirmed. the japanese big boss' voice is actually the dad of the guy who play Snake

im playing through MGS1 now,and will finish MGS2 before MGS4 comes out.
Big Boss is dead,in MGS1 while Snake is being held a prisoner and tortured he tells Naomi about his family,That his father was Big Boss,and Snake killed Big Boss because Big Boss wanted to,so there is the story.

Actually no,the videoes is kinda booring with the poor graphics,but while playing its still fun.I havent played this for many years,and wanted to basically because i wanted to know the whole story closer.
many things i didnt know,like Snake killing his father,im half way through,still much left.

Even though Big Boss is dead,Eva will return in MGS4,thats kinda cool.

I love Eva i played MGS1 and 2 twice got bored of it MGS3 played like 3 times got all his camos and stealth camo which was pain in the ass in extreme mode, and got bored of it and im not excited for MGS4, what the hell is wrong with me? I use to be a MGS freak , plz somebody slap me i want the mood to strike back again

Ive been thinking of picking up MGS:TS for gamecube but am holding back for a tad. Also wanna eventually play through 2 and 3 as well, but I also got a few other games Im in the middle of as well.

If you own a PS3 and still don't have a DS3, grab $55 bucks, grab your keys and drive to your local store...

Playing your PS3 with the DS3 feels lightyears beyond the regular sixaxis.

Not only does it have rumble, but the analogs sticks are smoother, and the heft is so much nicer. It feels much more comfortable, if you go back and replay your games again with DS3...it's like night and day.
