Mother of God. If we get Keaton Batman, I may choke. I just hope that, if we do, it signifies, at least, someone giving us a somewhat accurate suit construction of a Lycra bodysuit under armor plates that allows for greater poseability than the DX 09, even if it is in a different scale. It’ll be interesting to see how it holds up against NECA’s offering, though, if that is, indeed, Keaton.

I know I am late to the Superman party, but I wanted to say, yes the suit is very bright, but not troublesome and the "Hope" crest is not as BANG obvious in person as the high res photos. I am quite pleased. I am going to do a small, reversible mod on the belt with some plastic tape. I did a quick and dirty photoshop to show the concept. I think just that little thing helps a lot.

At SDCC I asked Pierre if I'd ever see their one:12 '89 Batman before I died and he was like "when do you plan on dying", I told him by February. He said I'd be happily surprised or some ****.


I'm thinking this is it. The silhouette of the ears, head and drapage of the cape at the calves make me think it could be.

I ****ing hope so. It’s really sad to me when I can look at their 1:12 line and see Alex Delarge and be like “wow, that’s probably one of their best/most interesting figures.” It’s sad because I ****ing hate Alex Delarge. I did waitlist their Deluxe Joker, though, back when it first sold out. Kind of hoping it converts because I dig how much stuff he comes with. Captain Marvel’s cool, too. Other than that, the TDKR stuff seems so long ago and so different from everything else we’ve seen that it may as well have been a different line.

That's clearly Keaton. Look at the round shape of the cowl and thick neck. The one on the right looks like it could be Blade Runner related....probably not tho.

I know it'll never happen, but it'd be crazy if they made a Batmobile to go with him.

I'm with you guys...I hope so too, but I don't like how the silhouette appears to have some of the cape bunched up on top of his shoulders. The Keaton cowl extends into his neck/shoulder area so the cape can't bunch up in that area, and the ears aren't pointy enough? I'm also thinking it could be the next in the ascending knight series..even though I would still prefer the '89 Batman.
