Whats the problem?
Paint scuff on his leg and his jaw joint is overly loose and it came that way.
My figure looks totally fine, aside from the normal design problems that were reported by everyone. The one thing that looks awful is this seam joint on the inner part of the rail gun. I'll post up pics tomorrow, since it's pretty dark right now.

That scene where Raiden is falling into the water under all of the debris gets me every time. I first time I heard that conversation with Rose it was so eye roll inducing but it tore me up this time around.
And it was so crazy how Snake and Otacon were so nonchalant about it ("How's Raiden?" - "He'll be fine"). Especially considering that desperate attempt of getting him to Eastern Europe to repair his body after Vamp did a number on him. In comparison, getting crushed by freakin' Arsenal Gear should have been the end of him.

Looks to me like its center of gravity is too far forward for leg huggers to work.
he doesnt have his new body yet. not sure if thats possible with the mgs4 one.
(plis) I think the only problem I can tell from RAY itself is the LED in the eye. It has pupil like LED. It should encompass the entire section under the plastic.
you know im fixing that! it was my first gripe too. im mad that you can actually see the bulb! i will be drilling it into the side of the prism just like rex, it was stupid bright after i did that.

Yeah, probably not. In Rising it's commented that his new body is far superior than the MGS4 body. Heck, Rising Raiden would eat those 25 RAYS in Arsenal Gear for breakfast.
The Raiden in Rising would be able to slash Arsenal Gear in half

just watched the rex vs ray vid. 3a loves blue leds, im convinced. in the video rays eyes are full on white, not a little blue ones. definitely going to be fixing mine. they did the same thing on rexs "flood lights". unfortunately not right away, i dont want to void my warranty before i see if the thing has any problems through playing around with it for a bit. i sure cant wait to get it though, the paint is amazing!!!!! its a much sexier figure than rex imo. also they posted a side view of his feet, they removed some of the rubber from the top of his foot so the rubber doesnt crush stupidly like we saw in the shinkawa pic. it made it kinda inaccurate and also makes it look really skinny. the feet, leds, and the horrible stand are what i dislike about this release. at least 2 of them are fixable.

Your LED customs never fail to impress, Jason. I was just about to put some LEDs in my Hot Toys Superman diorama but I find it too much for me to do, give me a head repaint any day.

That sounds like an idea, I'll be all over it if I have the time which unfortunately I don't at the moment. I wanna do my best when doing repaints for other people than myself. If you still haven't painted him in a month or two let me know.
Btw Jason, did you ever considered modding those Yamato figures?
