They've managed to up my hopes for this movie a whole lot, if this movie ends up sucking, it will be disappointing.

I've said from the beginning... get the Turtles right, show me some good action scenes and have a halfway decent plot and I'll be happy. Looks like I'll be happy!

Yeah, at 1st I only liked the designs, and expected everything else to be a soulless Bayformer sideshow, but it looks like they've put a lot of heart into the turtles personalities so, so far they're winning on that, an extra is that the action scenes look awesome too.

It makes me remember that Bay is not directing this, he's only a producer so his artistic input could be severely reduced, and that's a very good thing.

You can tell he did have quite a bit of visual input. His fingerprints are all over it. But here's hoping he was too busy with TF4 to **** TOO much else up. I know there's a lot of hate thrown around just because of Bay's name being attached at all, but I'm still optimistic this will exceed most people expectations.

Ok yea the designs are not all that great. But lets be honest here. This feels like a ninja turtle movie judging from these tvspots. I dont see any focus on april as the main character, I dont see a shift in personalities and I dont see the character being portrayed in a bad way. I feel like this will be a surprise hit of the summer. Nothing about it look all that bad. It looks like a fun movie.

I am starting to agree, the TV spots look good, the one where Mikey says he's still figuring out the buttons made me laugh. My only concern is that the director doesn't have a great track record. I enjoyed Battle LA and Titans was ok, but nothing about either film made me go man, this guys needs to direct a Ninja Turtles movie. So far it's winning me over though.
