Been following the Nickelodeon cartoon, and I've realized it might be making my expectations higher than they should for this. The cartoon is where it's at. I hope that i walk out of this saying at least "hey it wasnt that bad".

Yeah it was average. I loved the fight scenes in it I thought the turtles moved so well. But yeah it felt like one long tv episode it didnt really have a cinematic level to it. As a Raphael fan I did like that the story pretty much focused on him and his growth, but was a lackluster attempt all around.

Wrath.. :lol

I paid to see the 'Clash' remake - in 3D no less. Reason being, had a day off work, was getting my car serviced & thought I'd wander in.

I'm still punching myself in the face for it. :lol

I actually kind of enjoyed battle L.A.. not saying its a standout film..I hated the aliens...but I thought the dynamic between Harvey Dent and his soldiers was done nicely.

As for Clash, as a greek mythology fan I was hugely disappointed. Im also not too impressed with Sam Worthington or whatever his name is. There was a stretch where he was in like every big movie after Avatar it felt like
..well action movie

I haven't subjected myself to the original series' sequels - thank ****. :lol

After 1990 - it was all kah-kah from then on. :exactly:

you're crazy, Turtles 2 the secret of the ooze is the best one followed by the TMNT animated movie in 2007, with the first behind that, we don't need to speak about number 3 lol

Toka and Razar became instant favorites of mine from that movie.

This new film is starting to look better the more I hear the turtles talk. Mikey seems to be good, but I think they were able to get him down because he's as brainless as the people making this film, so it's fitting.

I think people are getting confused with Clash & Wrath of the Titans. Liebesman only directed Wrath. Louis Leterrier directed Clash.
Oops. I meant Wrath but typed Clash. I had the image of Kronos in my head the entire time I typed it. Lol

the CGI movie was supposed to be a sequel to the live action?

Yup.... at the end of the movie they had the time traveling thing from the third movie on the wall and shredders helmet from the first movie. Most people thought it was either a reboot or a movie for the 2003 series.

that's so weird, Im going to have to watch it again.

I remember seeing those things but I thought it was just a nod to the movies, Didn't think it was actually relevant
