I now understand how all those Transformers fans felt... Leave it to this hack to believe we couldn't tell the turtles apart because of their weapons, and distinct personalities, or the colored headbands they wear. No, we need to dress Michaelangelo up like an extra from Surf Ninjas so the audience understands he's the young party loving one. At this rate Raph will probably chew tobacco and and where a leather jacke cause he's you now edgy. And can someone explain tome how a giant, talking turtle is able to get a tattoo without being locked in a government vault for study?

Can we set up a pool on which character will say the most racist thing? it is a guarantee in any Bay movie he will go for the race jokes.

That out of the shadows video game did somthing right. It gave the turtles a sort of real world look. I fear for Mikey as he will probaly be the next skids and mudflap. That will probably be the least of our worries. Mikey probably cannot read, and will boast about it. Donny may hump April's leg. And while a part of me thinks Leo in Samurai armour could work, Turtles 3 already ruined that image. Plus Samurai and Ninjas are not the same things.

I already get the strong feeling that Shredder won't be the armored version at all, probably just a guy in a business suit.

The site's description of Shredder is where things start to get interesting. Their source notes that the character has "pointy edges coming off of absolutely anything" on his suit and that he is "covered head to toe in metal armor or blades." They do add that his helmet is "pseudo-traditional, adopting elements of the classic look" though they say they believe "He'll be the stuff of ridicule for some time."
