Sad news. Was a huge fan of his as a kid....then in my later years, not so much. Things unfortunately got very weird for him...and whether all the allegations were true or not, we will never know. Still is shocking that he died so suddenly. I just picked up his number one hits not too long ago....Dirty Diana was always one of my favorites of his.
I hope that someone responsible and loving steps in and takes care of his children. Those kids are who I am most concerned about. hopefully now they can lead a somewhat normal life.

Very thoughtful post! Love yeah sometimes Jen!!!

Recognize the Kid?

Sad... feels like a peice of my childhood died. Listened to the Thriller album about 10,000 times growing up. Too bad he didnt get to do his comeback tour over seas.

Regardless of how weird he got later in life and all the controversy surrounding him, I'll always have great respect for the man. He'll remain one of my favorite music artists and whatever you might think of him personally, you can't deny the impact he made on the music industry, IMO anyway. I'm sad over his death, especially at such a young age and my condolences go out to his family. R.I.P. Michael. You'll always be the King of Pop in my eyes and I'm sure in the eyes of many others.

What makes me sick is all the sellers listing autographed Photos and stuff on ebay and going for ALOT,i can only imagine how much of it is Fake:mad:

That jerk Geraldo is on Fox News talking about MJ. Too bad it wasn't Geraldo that went instead of MJ. Geraldo is stirring up crap about all the controversy of the past.

Where's Kuzeh? Wasn't MJ one of his heroes?

I find it rather odd that he hasn't posted yet. Not sure if he's even been online at all.

Just finished watching Thriller, :monkey2 amazing memories.

+1 For the Geraldo comment.

People talk about his weirdness and it's undeniable. Then i just think of how ^^^^ed up and strange i am in my simple life. I'd probably be weird and ^^^^ed up just as bad to if i grew up like him. (so i try not to judge)

Well said bro, I try explaining this to most thick headed people. He had no childhood and imo never did a damn thing to those kids. I mean, if you're out to make an example and serve him justice you DON'T accept a multi-million dollar settlement.

Very true statement. In the end they just wanted money not justice.

He was such a sad, lonely, tragic guy and was shaped and transformed for both good and bad by his fame and talent. I think he would've turned out very differently had he not been able to sing.

This song is all I listened to in 2003.

You hit the nail right on the head.

Let's face it whether the child abuse accusations were real or not, the parents of those kids are scumbags to have exploited their kids like that for cash from any celeb. And MJ's father is a fine example on selling out his kids' simple days gone by that they should have had as just kids and teens.
