I have a feeling that it was an accidental death....though if it was a doctor that administered the drug then perhaps it would be considered a homicide (something like manslaughter). I don't believe that anyone was out to purposely kill him though.... these crackpot doctors where making a lot of money off of him, I'm sure.

Maybe you guys are discussing this already. I didn't get the whole story, but I'm gessing they are going to try and charge the doctor(s) who supplied MJ with all the pills with either manslaughter or 2nd/3rd degree murder.
