CHA CHA CHA :banana Come to papa

Give me the blood Lord...and let me get away... :rock

Hey guys- I think what Rainman is illustrating is simply rounding off the edge at the bottom of the pegs so they fit easily into the base of the boots. I could be wrong but that is what I gather; as he said "you can put in well in shoes". There is probably fabric inside near the opening of the hole making it difficult to squeeze the peg in. Rounding the pegs edge will help you guide and slide them in better.

I'm still really not sure but we're definitely missing something. There's obviously a good reason for it, just not seeing it yet. If he's trimming just the edges(blue zone) of the bottom of the socket which is supposed to be static, it seems like that wouldn't help with height or movement :dunno I don't frigin' know but it's starting to burn a hole in my head so please whoever scored a half set, fill us in ASAP! :)

hey skooter did that end up working out for you?

I had already ordered a painted sculpt with head, but he didn't have another outfit hanging around :(

Oh well, I at least have already started on my outfit, and once I get the head I'll dive full on. Have lots of modding to do on the vest and the jacket. I'm just pumped for it to arrive!

gotcha. sorry it didnt work out. are you going for the charcoal suit look or the quail hunting? a bunch of us are banding together to get a custom charcoal suit done, if your interested...

Yeah, I'm in on that boat if the price is right. Right now I'm working on this.

cool. i found this black suit which looks pretty good that i might use while i wait for the charcoal suit project to happen. i can always find use for an extra black suit it seems.

Those are actually pretty good... some weathering and darkening and they would work! I have black ones that I'll repaint but they are plastic without laces... These are much better! Thanks!
