I already have, but I can do more, now that putting the cape on isn't a challenge.

The sticky gun turned out great, but the limited posability of the arms in the suit makes it a challege to get a nice, 2 handed firing pose.

He can hold it and you might be happy with how it looks, I'm really picking about figures holding guns, I don't like it unless the way the weapon's held and the arm posture and everything looks natural and realistic, some people are fine using any old posing to make a figure hold a gun.

I know whatcha mean. I am pretty much a movie accurate kinda guy. If he didnt look a certain way in the movie than I wont pose him that way. You know what I mean?

Yeah, i don't care so much about accurracy as just looking natural and believable. I've had figures where you can get them to hold a weapon but you look at the arms or the gun itself and it just looks like no way any person on earth actually holding and firing a weapon would posture themselves, or certainly without suffering serious injury.

Wanted to share with people what I find with my armor. At the moment, it pretty much affects just the lower ab plate on his left side (photo right), notice it darker and shinier than the rest. However, it doesn't look wet, you touch it and it doesn't feel like any fluid has clung to your finger, but yet a soft wipe down and it can look like the others, but the effect eventually comes back.

what to do eh? i soo wanna order an instock bats of ebay now but not sure whether to wait for forbiddenplanet.coms uk stock but thats down as april/may!
ive received 2 replies from ebay sellers loontoys and assultrab saying they have 'perfect' batches but the oil problem wouldnt arise until i got him in hand if i did have that issue!

never has a figure caused this much confusion for me but at the price,its expected i suppose! to wait or 'buy it now?'

i could get blade to tie me over till the uk release of dx bats i suppose!?

This cowl really drives me nuts then. Even the Medicom with the mods. One angle it looks off, then one right angle and the wrong lighting it looks off.

If light hits the side of the head or both sides it throws off the whole look creating it to look squished. Then if the sides are near solid or in complete darkness it shows the right look.

If the light hits the forehead it looks ace, yeah yeah I know it's all illusions but it really creates weird ones.

It's also the neck that gives the illusion. I wouldn't mind modding mine and maybe the ears but dont have the guts lol

Thats exactly how I'd characterise the 'issue' on mine. I dunno, I'm not bothered by it, not unless someones going to tell me that the armour is going to deteriorate at an accelerated rate because of it.

I'm bothered at the moment because it's asymetrical, even if it were only the bottom plates, at least if it were both, it might look like it was meant to be that way, but being just one, it just stands out as something wrong with. I also wonder, where does it end, will it end, what is it. It's clearly not a normal thing and some effect of the paint or suit materials, and being $200, I would like HT to offer some explanation at least. People have had figures break down over time, but this thing is affected just about right out of the box, which is messed up.

What batman in this:

Found that in the Vader thread and thought it looked really cool. Is it just the Hot Toys Batman Begins Batman?

Always thought the cowl looked weird on the original suit Hot Toys figure, but It looks pretty rad here.
