Do you guys remember when BBTS got in that restock of DX02 Batman last year? That's when I got mine, and I never had issue one with the oil, so I'm a big believer in the batch theory since this was surely part of the last run. However, if you count my arm pin breaking, and my foot cracking, then there were problems lol.

Well, you can either get your figures first or get them after the QC problems have been fixed. You can't have both :lol

Hmm I choose to get the figure first so that I could avail the lowest price possible then replace it if ever there's a QC problem as my supplier have a warranty on the HTs he's selling cause he's an official distributor of HT. :)

Excellent review! I will buy this figure, I just hope I dont have problems with the arm. :gah:

btw Im surprised how good the Rocky looks. do you recommend buying it for $300+?

Hmmm. Thats a tough one. My Rocky has the Rocky 3 head but the figure is Rocky 4. I personally wouldn't pay 300+ for an original Rocky 4 because the original head sculpt isn't very good. The Rocky 3 figure might be worth it though. I'd like to get one of those myself but don't have the funds. If you're a big Rocky fan and would really like a Rocky I'd say see if you could get the Rocky 3 Italian Stallion. Hope that helped a bit. :)

I'm also lookin' for Rocky III. Want that figure together w/ his brother Rambo III..so badly!:pray: Hope to find a good deal soon. :)

Btw, great review on Barney Ross mate. You know your voice kind of reminds me of Seth Rogen. :wink1:

Thanks man. Glad you liked it. Yea those Rocky prices are pretty getting up there. Hell my first review as some may know was of that Rocky figure. That review has the highest number of views of any of my reviews. I'm guessing there is a resurgence of interest in them.

Really? Nice! Many people enjoyed your review then. :hi5: I know haha & so far I haven't found a good deal for him. :dunno

Btw, re: Rambo III do you think a MISB for $350 is worth it nowadays?

It's not a theory. The DX02 clearly had different versions. ie the abs were changed to plastic in later runs.

Iron Man Mark VI is having its pin locations fixed in later runs.

etc.

Until things actually get underway, who know's who's doing what. Stallone wasn't going to direct Rambo 4 and ended up doing it to make it the picture he wanted. As for writing, he had a co-writer on the first Expendables.

I would imagine he's trying to balance home and work lives, he seems to really care about his daughters and while he still loves what he does, I'm sure he also realizes how old he is and won't want to waste time with them while he's still healthy, I mean he's 65 and one of his daughters is like 10 or maybe even younger, these are the years to really be involved with your kids before they start heading off on their own.

Ebay starts to go up as soon as retailers start to sell out. I bought the last barney at my retailer.

That's why I just went ahead and got my two, either 2 Barney figures or Barney and a custom Rambo, either way, I have what I want and don't have to fight after the fact to get it at a reasonable price. If it's a popular actor/character and a well made figure, it'll sell out quickly and become high priced on the secondary market fast, though if people still have them once the demand simmers, you can find reasonable deals here and there.
