Wow..... Those look pretty awful.... I hope it reverts back to the previous photos we saw. How can they make that, market it, and then sell us that crap? That has to be an even earlier prototype than the ones we first saw. The mask paint/texture looks like a cheap toy's too.

Blurry photos of a poorly lit figure?? Good God what the hell happened? How could you Hot Toys? The world is going to end and it will all be in vein!

I see black eye makeup..not smoke you take that off and you got ink eyes

Pics came out of the figure looking like complete ****. People screamed and cancelled their doll orders.

Then once the figure shipped, turned out to be a figure of the year and those same people scrambled to order their doll again.

The only think I remember from the Luke thing was that the early pics looked like crap and then went to Fantastic, here her pics started out FANTASTIC, and now have turned to crap.

I sure hope it's just an early "EARLY" prototype, or just very "VERY" bad lighting. If she comes out looking like those other pictures I will just have to cancel, she'll just be to horrible to put out for display at my house.

Looks like there are some differences with the mask shape, placement of the carbon fiber, etc...and eyes look like they might be positioned differently...maybe an early proto?

yeah, that's the only significant difference i see.

she'll be fine. hope they get the mask back to being a little more catty, but otherwise, looks like there's a little more hope for a mask-less selina!

I remain hopeful she'll come out satisfactory. I doubted Bane and Joker 2.0 and they both came out great. I remain optimistic.

If I were buying this figure I would hope the eye position would revert back to the way it is on the proto. Don't make her look like a cave-woman Hot Toys.

The lighting is from below, thus making the mask cast shadow areas on her eye area.

You can see on the top of her eyelids they are not black. What's sort of make up are they trying to do if the paint the lower eye bag part jet black and the upper eye lid in lighter color?

she'll be fine ~ she's just going through that "bad hair" phase of development.

and those pictures are under very unflattering lights.

Agreed. It really doesn't look all that bad to me.

As we all know, we will obviously have to wait for actual in-hand product shots to know what we're really looking at.

I HATED the head sculpt on Thor until the OMG pics came around and then it ended up looking fantastic. But the wait is getting agonizing for this one.

No one else noticed they made her top lip fatter, her bottom lip thinner, face wider, the mask is a completely different sculpt, the goggles look like they're a different sculpt as well. The upward stare could be for use on the Batpod, but unless she has PERS, it would be pointless to take the mask off with that fixed stare.

Let's hope it doesn't turn out as these pictures make it seem - this is not the fit/finish I expect on a $200 figure.

The lighting is actually quite even but a bit harsh. It will reveal more issues than dramatic lighting, letting you see what the figure actually looks like, unless it's so strong as to wash out any details. The resolution and shake on the camera are what really make the images bad.

The most important facts are missing, or at least not being discussed. When were these taken? Where did this figure come from? When was it made? At what stage of the production was it made? Etc... Context.

Is there any clue as to if that's a prod piece or not? I thought it looked like a mock up too. Bad lighting would explain paint differences, but I don't think it would explain the overall change of shape to the sculpt. Just guessing tho.

If that is the final sculpt, which I hope its not It will be a cancellation for me. It looks nothing like the other pictures and when are we going to see this thing its taking ages.
