Was her display base always circular???
I thought it was the standard oval shape, with that rain motif on it.

Funny I was wondering this last night.. for some reason. When they are in sewers water is dropping like rain, but I don't think it's rain. When Blake finds Gordon after he gets shot it looked like it was raining but it wasn't raining in the shootout scene before he goes into sewer. If it was I'm sure Modine (Foley) would have been in his car. I just watched this two weeks ago which is why I was so annoyed I couldn't remember or put anything together.

If that HS id the real HT version, its been change a ton comparing it to these previous pics. The mask looks very different. And the missing goggles make me think its not HT.

Yikes, that is awful, IMHO. Hopefully, that is her stunt doubles head sculpt. Though I think I remember hearing Anne did most of her own stunts.

It's the same head sculpt - so is the maskless one first posted (and reposted just above). Nothing has changed from the other images recently seen. Look carefully enough and you can see that all the visible details on the masked version are there on the unmasked.
You may be seeing slightly different paint application but you're definitely seeing unflattering photography. This would be the same case as Luke. There was never a different sculpt shown of that figure - it was always the same sculpt, even though plenty of people thought they could see a long list of differences.
Personally, I'm not expecting the unmasked look to match Hathaway very well after seeing the photos - I'm looking beyond the bad photography. It's likely going to be one of those Indiana Jones type HT sculpts - lots of character/actor hints that when coupled with costuming will be enough to recognize her, but off enough to cause many doubts/questions when viewed out of context.
With the mask in place there should be none of these issues and we should have something as decent as Luke. Not perfect by a long shot, but quite good.

In my opinion it is not the official unmasked head...i am not sure if there is a removable mask. The proto seems to be diffrent especially at the eyes section...

Plus, I'd be very shocked if HT allowed a new version of a head sculpt from one of their 2 biggest franchises to be revealed like this. I know its possible, but I'd be shocked.

Why shocked? Many Hot Toys sculpts get revealed prior to release exactly the same way. Indiana Jones, Resident Evil Alice, Bespin Luke, etc... Those three are just ones that I happen to already own.
What shocks me is that anyone can look at those pictures and not see within a few seconds that it's the same sculpt. I can't recall ever reading about any Hot Toys figure close to release where any kind of fake or alternate non-release head suddenly showed up.
