I remember quite a few people who saw it at that expo saying it as undersized, particularly the sculpt in comparison to the body.

Well, to some of us, this tracked as expected... and as warned.

Actually, M8 did even worse than expectation. I thought they would have folded their tent some time ago, yet the circus plays on.

I thought after the first PayPal refund deadline passed they would have disappeared...but nope, can't stop won't stop.

Dont a lot of figures get delayed I just waited an extra 4 months for my Ghostbusters I should of had it in January. Waiting dont really bother me as long as it turns out nice.

Problem is not delays, which everyone is ready to understand, but constantly lying, keep taking money from preorders and never delivery. The only question now is the extent of their lies. Is there an actual figure in production? If so, are they able to pay for it? If so, when will this happen? And if such happens, will the figure be any good? Answering to these questions is not easy, cause there are zero facts coming from reliable sources. M8 word is worth nothing.

But wouldn't a company who promises a figure only for it to be delayed be lying?

What I mean is if they are given a date by the factory and they pass it on does that make them liars or the factory?

You serious? Man, there's a difference between 'sorry guys, there's a new delay because of production issues. We'll provide a new release date when possible' and 'It's all finished! But we won't show you any pictures. It's shipped! But just a few, and those receiving it are in remote countries, very isolated, so you won't see any pictures yet.' and so on and on. This company is a joke, and I can't believe there's still people trusting in them.

I mean what if in their naivety because they are new they have passed on every date they were given by the factory where as other more experienced companies like Hot Toys or Blitzway keep it to themselves and stay quiet because they know it probably wont be met. Just a theory thats all.
