a 15-18 day notice was recived about a week and a half ago.

i was on the WL and it converted, but had another item combined with it for international shippment. but when i cancelled the other item, in my haste i cancelled both items by accident
i got back on the WL asap, i sure it'll convert, with so many cancellations.

They always give you a last warning right before it ships. Thats the notice where you have to call it in to cancel. The dealers haven't even got their regulars editions in yet. I say we have a good 2 weeks.

I guess the reason why I cancelled the Orc ex. (and the Berserker ex.) is that most of the SSC PF's are available for less on the secondary market. Even the exclusives. And even years after they have been released. I know the monetary value of these items is not the most important thing, and I agree to that, but I'm so tired of paying Sideshow high dollar for something that's available for less, later down the road. It seems that these PF's are just not worth the money Sideshow wants for them. That's the way I see it anyway. Unless they become a grail, for what ever reason. The SSC LotR PF's are fantastic pieces, but there just are no grails in the LotR PF line. It's sad, but it's true.
I'm not going to miss the Orc and the Berserker, since I have both Weta pieces, and, to be honest, they are still very nice. They may be smaller, but that's just a bonus regarding shelf space - which I don't have anyway!
I narrowed my orders down to the things I really want, and got rid of the other things. And... I still have to much on pre order!

I think you could make the arguement Lurtz is finally getting the recognition it deserves. And while the secondary value track record of the other PF's certainly proves you correct I think the difference in the cases of the MO and Berserker are the incredible excl.'s. Of all the LOTR PF's I personally only see three [ Lurtz, MO and Berserker] with "must have " excl.'s and I just dont see them going for less money down the road....the regular editions, yes, but not the excl.'s.
