So it looks like the ultimate fig would be a Med head on HT body but I'm sticking with HT because he's taller, better suit (although the shirt collar looks lame) and has more accessories, trench, S shirt , extra head, etc.

btw, I have an email into Eric @ TS re: shipping date...

I think the HT head is better IMO, just put some better paint apps on it. (don't know if it was the picture, but his whole face looked too light tome).

Thanks, Snakebeater. Somehow I'd expected the Superman costume underneath to be painted blue this time, not real fabric as before. The rendering of the texture in the emblem was one of the coolest aspects of the first figure. This looks great. Can't wait.

Yeah gruff, sort of knew they'd use the fabric shirt which is SUPERb! I'll pose him with Clark Head and shirt open...

I love it. I'm planning to pose him with full suit and trenchcoat with "S" shirt showing and Clark Head looking upwards. I'm hoping this thing ships really soon!

I had a package from HK and thought it was the HT Clark, but found it's the RAH Clark. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't HT's.

It's a decent figure though. The box is shrinkwrapped, which is a first for Medicom I think. There is no flap either, you have to open it up completely to see the figure. The sculpt is the same as the Superman except for the hair. I don't see much Routh in it, but your mileage may differ. The biggest surprise was that it's a different body than Supes, no barrel chest for Clark. Makes sense, since the suit wouldn't have fit as well. The suit is good, although some of the buttons are large, it's defintely top craft. The glasses sit very well too and are held on tight by the hair.

I probably wouldn't have gotten this if I'd known the HT Clark was coming, but I'm glad I have him now. I'll have 7 Clark/Superman 1/6 (8 with my custom Reeve) by the time the HT shows up - that's a lot of Kal!

And the DCD new 13" coming in a few months...

According to the pics, the Medi Kent actually looks better. I thought for sure HT would be much better since their Superman fig blew medicom's away. But I gotta give to medicom this time. The sculpt and the suit look great.

Really? The Superman was a tough call for me, but for Clark HT makes it all the way. The movement of the hair and the skin tones, along with the taper of the facial features--I give it to HT on this one by a mile. To be fair though, Medi's Supeerman has a lot going for it, I will say that.

Obviously it's difficult to say without both in hand, but I am a bit surprised for this support for the RAH over the HT. From the pics of the HT, it has the RAH down. And yes, I'd say we're about to have this debate again...
