I can't see it being a print because i don't think this PF is based on Cho's Art or anyone elses.....i could be wrong though.

I thought only the Comiquette's were based off of Artists works

Sexy said it best, Marvel owns the rights and therefore owns the work. It would be different if the artists worked directly with Sideshow.
