Hmm could be something like an expansion pack like outfits for Endor Luke/Han so you don't need 2 of the same figures, than slap us with a PF. I'm still sure it'll be a 12" though, maybe stabbed Qui Gon!

The problem with an expansion pack would be that you'd have to pick up another figure which may be problematic with a limited release collectible. I'd much prefer a whole new figure.

For SW 1:6, I think it will be Endor Han or Luke. I'm leaning more on Endor Luke because Jedi Luke is a little more hard to come by than Bespin Han. And I think Sideshow knows the Bespin Han head sculpt needs to be reworked before they reuse it, it's the poorest likeness in the SW line in most people's opinion.

I mentioned this in Monk's Vader thread, and he liked it, so it won't hurt to repeat.

Another Vader PF, modified to reflect his exact appearance in ROTJ. Could be a nice low edition, as most of the work is cosmetic in nature -- if they don't decide to change his pose, and make it less lightsaber-dependent.

It would make a lot of Vader fans happy, that's for sure.

And it's not a bigger stretch to imagine than the two Spidey PF variants we had already...

Or really ticked if it sold out in 2 seconds. I know I would be because I dont want to have to track it down on ebay. There should never be a Star Wars PF under 1000 total pieces.

Not even if it's the second variant of Vader? (The Exclusive being the first.)

I don't think you'll ever miss out on a SW PF if you order it within the first 24 hours (or indeed the first week). Not only are they pricier than many collectors can afford, they're pricier than many credit cards can support, so there are always loads of them available from WL reservations and Second Chance offers.

Anyway, I'm glad you like the idea. :D

Well all I know is that Han Solo Rebel Hero was a little bit under produced. I am on the wait list but I have no hope of it ever converting but I guess stranger things have happened.

It took him about a day to sell out, and he was announced via e-mail. Whoever was collecting SW PFs at the time was able to get him easily.

It's a different story years down the road, understandably. But we are talking about a convention exclusive here. Not much point in it being an exclusive if it's not, right?

;)

Can we NOT tread that path again? That way lies madness.

I like the Endor Luke idea for those slow to jump on the SW line. I'm sure we'll see more Luke in the future, though. Another interesting variation would be Bib Fortuna in his Episode I togs.
