Well, the yellowtail was impressed with the way I landed her boyfriend
She came over to me, she said
"Hey, big boy, you're really a game fish
What's your name"
I said "Marlin"

Well, from then on we had a whale of a time

The word is that this IS 1/4....did SSC say otherwise? That IS the true dealbreaker for me. 1/4 or no Marvel at all....

See the Magneto "comiquette" for what I mean. This being an Avengers related piece they can't mess around. It has to look in scale with the PFs.

Although the exclusive has ‘INTERCHANGABLE HANDS AND TRIDENT’, but overall appearance is disappointed. If you’ve seen the Bowen Namor website exclusive version, it’s much better as the base is filled with marine fishes and looks more like ocean view.

Unless the exclusive version is limited to an ultra low of 100 pieces worldwide or lesser, if not, then pricing for this piece is overpriced.

This is my view on the statue, not to offence anyone. Feel free to give your comment. =D

I see. Well really none of the Comiquettes are PF scale except Iron Man, there was a discussion on it a couple weeks back I don't remember what thread but when we measured them all out even Wolverine didn't make the cut at being 1/4 scale. Namor isn't really considered an Avenger even though he had alliance with the team throughout his history, he is considered an Invader which is the precursor to the Avengers and of course an Illuminati. Either way I'm glad its all in 1/4 and not tiny like the Comiquettes before and good ol' Tiara Ghost Rider. I thought I read somewhere that all comiquettes were supposed to be in 1/4 scale from now on, that it was the new standard????

I don't think it is...while the specs on the SSC site have it around 1/4 scale, folks who saw it at SDCC are saying its 1/5 scale like Wolverine.

Pose looks good to me, I think he just needs some more realness... He's not feeln like Namor to me.
