Typical PJ, he loves to stir the pot.. And Nash does carry the ball alot, but the NBA allows it so thats how it goes, AI made a living off that..

Phils comments might result in a few calls though..

As long as they call the same on Kobe im fine with it. Give him a couple flagrants for his elbows as well. come on NBA, let's clean up the game for Phil. :rolleyes2

it's weed time..

you're late sucka.

Since everyone else for the most part is guessing where LBJ will end up I'll jump in and say he ends up in Miami with D-Wade.

Play-by-play so far:

Dwight Howard ... Howard ... Dwight Howard ... Dwight Howard ... Celts up by 10 ... Dwight .... Howard ... Howard ... Dwight Howard ... Celts up by 16 ... Dwight Howard ... Howard ... Howard .... Dwight ... Good D by the Celts .... Dwight ....

How painful was that ridiculous segment at the half?

Orlando is already in trouble. They're are a lot like the Cavs in certain ways.........they only have 1 guy who can get his own quality shot whenever he wants (Carter) and thats it really. If they arent making lots of 3's and Boston doesnt have to double Howard, it makes it a lot easier for Boston to defend them. Its funny how a lot of ppl criticize LBJ's leadership, but Howard is the best player on that team, yet I have never seen any leadership from him on the court. That works with a guy like Duncan when he won his titles cause he had 2 other strong personalities on the court with him, but Orlando doesnt. KG is showing why he is so important for this team. They didnt have him last yr and fell short, he shut down Jamison, and Lewis so far.

From Rotoworld:

LeBron James reportedly called Bulls guard Derrick Rose to say that "he likes Rose's game, likes his team and would welcome the chance to play together."
Though emanating from the Chicago Daily Herald, this was first mentioned by ESPN reporter Scoop Jackson and then confirmed by a league source. It doesn't mean much in the grand scheme but is sure to kindle endless LeBron-to-Chicago rumors.

If the Cavs dont make a move, he WILL go to Chicago.

Or New Jersey - which may actually be more likely.

Cleveland can offer the most money and of course is his hometown, but for him to stay I am sure the coach and a host of players will be gone.

people bring up new Jersey, but they dont have good players. They have Lopez and a descent to good point gaurd, and thats pretty much it. Chicago already has guys with experience in the playoffs and they have a much deeper team already. I think Rose, Noah, Deng, Gibson, and Heinrich is much more tempting; especially since most of the guys are really good on defense.

No doubt the personnel is there in Chicago, but NJ has some really deep pockets and might be in a place to make a major run in free agency.

Still as confident even though Kobe had his knee scoped recently and hasnt practiced since ?

If the Cavs dont make a move, he WILL go to Chicago.

Yup.. Kobe knows what he's doing..All maintanence.. He won't be rusty..

Also odds are LeBron stays in CLE IMO.. Chicago is pretty much living a pipe dream..

If the Lakers hold their home court these 1st 2 games I think it's pretty much impossible for the Suns to win 4 of the next 5.. These 1st two are enormous for The Suns to have a chance...

Agreed, although the landscape of the Playoffs has changed since last year, I felt the Lakers had the best team and it was theirs to lose. This year I feel like any of the four has a decent shot to become Champs. With CLE out, Lakers hold home court so again it's theirs to lose but the Celts may be the team to beat if their old Vets don't tire out.

Anyway, should be great entertainment. If the Lakers Bigs play decent in the paint, they should make it to the finals at least.

I wonder how many future Hall of Famers are playing in the CFs? I bet there are at least 10.

I think it will be Celts vs Lakers in the finals, but I know that soft frontline of LA doesnt want any part of the Celts; LA could still beat them, but I'm sure they would rather play Orlando

wow, a lot of calls against the suns and no calls for the lakers. typical NBA.
