Don't bother w/ him anyway. He whines like a little girl.

J.R. Reid, there's a dirty player. Keep in mind he told AC he was going to knoick his teeth out on the other end of the floor. And did, ending AC's consecutive game streak.

My guess is Fuzzy( lame name) has no idea who these guys are.

You guessed wrong tool, grew up during the bad boys era. Magic, Jordan and Bird ftw.

Sounds like you're whining more than anyone. :lol

I like how Miami Heat are playing bad on purpose so it makes it easier for Spolestra to get fired and bring back Rat Riley as head coach.

lakers are burning up Gasol and Odom so those who wrote off the Heat are going to be very wrong come June.

That would be very interesting if that was true bro, what you think of that bump by Lebron on Spolestra.

yeah the locker room is having some tension and they said Spolestra told LeBron to act more serious. it's all really there for Riley's taking now, so to see him and Phil going at it in the Finals would be fun. we need to have one of these marquee dream finals, like this.

Very true, seeing Riley and Phil go head to head in the finals again would be interesting to watch.

Riley doesnt want to coach because he knows all the pieces arent there yet. Spo is a lame duck at this point, this team is not yet ready to win it all.

And Lebron did the bump on purpose IMO.

Your friendly neighborhood tool,

Bodie.

i dont see Riley coming in this year either. At this point, i think it will be Bos and LA again unless theres a serious injury somewhere. Miami will prolly only win like 50 games this year and end up in either the 3rd or 4th seed. SA or Utah could make things really interesting though.

Spurs are cuttin' through the competition like butta!!!

Why i love being a spurs fan, no one ever wants to admit they're as good as they are, every year they have won a championship everyone is always like no way they win it all, and they do. I can honestly seem them winning it this year and I'm sure most people will be like "yeah right, they're playing good but not that good". I guess when you have modest guys like Duncan, instead of players like Kobe or Lebron you get unnoticed. That's okay though, 4 championships in recent years is good enough for me. I'd like 5 though. :)

I gotta admit that the Spurs have a great coach, a great, hall of fame player (possibly 2 or 3), and have been consistently good--at least making it to the playoffs consistently, and knowing how to win. But they are a bit boring. Boring to watch, boring personalities, boring coach. Not flashy like certain other hyped (and often over-hyped) teams. So that works against them in the media, but you can't deny that year in and out they are contenders.

New Orleans lacks that consistency. I'm hoping that Paul, Monty Williams, and GM Dell Demps can help put the pieces into place to make this a genuinely good team going forward.

Here we go again with the boring talk :rolleyes2, that's what all the losers call them after getting heartbroken by the Spurs throughout the years.

To Spurs fans, they are FAR from boring. Parker is exciting to watch, Manu is obviously a thrill, Hill and Blair's development is a blast, RJ's bid for comeback player of the year is great to watch, the raining 3's we have the privilage to see after last years brickhouse is refreshing to see, the 107.8 ppg theyre putting up this year is exciting, Duncan's silent inner strength as the Spurs anchor as they transition to a new era is satisfying and hopeful as we might have a future post-TD. All of this without James Anderson, he'll add firepower if gets enough PT and we're waiting on Splitter to learn the game so he can contribute.

So as long as they are winning, I will take "boring" and WINS over "exciting" and LOSSES any day of the week. So to all the haters, have fun with losses in the 1st and 2nd round as the Lakers and Spurs battle it out again for Western Supremecy. :nana: :wave

then where have they been the last 2 years? They have had the same guys then, so why such a sudden change when they were getting their ***** handed to them in the playoffs? Yea, I admit, this year, for whatever reason they are better and have a better chance at beating LA than any other team, but before this season, theres no reason why anyone SHOULD have picked them to be at the top in the West when they have been a so so team the last 2 years and looked to be on the decline.

Wow, that's really selectively reading my post to say I was being critical. I was only saying that that was why they are ignored by the media :lol

Having said that, I would rather not watch them play if I had a choice to watch someone else.

Two years ago they did decent, but you're wrong, it's not the same guys. Richard Jefferson of last year and this year are very different players. George Hill has improved. Manu was banged up last year, this year he's 100%. Plenty of reasons why the change. They don't win every year but besides LA they win the most.

Bad news for the Lakers, no Jackson coached team that has ever lost 4 in a row won a championship that year.
