LOL!!!!!!!! Crap! I've been away for a little while and just caught up now. Some funny stuff in here! 
There are pretty woman all over the country. My business had me travelling all over, WAY too much, just a few years back. Luckily that has subsided quite a bit (which I'm happy for.) It just so happens that they tend to congregrate more in the Miami / LA / NY areas for obvious reasons- Film and modeling opportunities are more abundant in these three cities. But you can find these beauties MUCH easier in Miami and LA. As Wake mentioned, Lincoln Road Mall is a great area to view the beauties, as is South Beach (day or night) and Coconut Grove.
As for the South Florida fans, I will admit that there are a lot of bandwagon fans as well as diehard fans, just like any other city. The fact remains that there's a lot more to do here than say in San Antonio, Kansas City or Pigsknuckle, Arkansas... which could be detrimental to sport franchises, but there's not one franchise that has lost money because of that. add in the fact that fans from all over the tri-county area attend the games and it will take some time to get to the respective stadiums. Throw rush-hour traffic into the mix and it's a mess. I know that when I attend the weekday Heat games, I barely get there in time.
The Knicks making the playoffs is definitely a reason for their fans to celebrate. It's the first step in turning that team around. Unfortunately for them, their exit will be quick but that will give them additional time to prepare for the 2011-2012 season. (Just like the Jets fans...) ouch...
If the Heat don't make it to the Conference finals, I will be the first to come in this thread and take my due lumps like a man. But my only expectations for THIS year were to make the Conference championship. Getting to the Finals will be simply gravy. Winning it all will be an added bonus. But oh what a bonus that will be!
Baring injury(s), I still say a HEAT / LAKER matchup is to be expected.

Lady Cats won last year. Their performance was good too. To be honest it was a case of bad seeding. The Lady Cats will win the tourney. NO DOUBT.
