pretty much, Clev also won 60+ games and had home court throughout the playoffs. This Chi team, as it stands right now reminds me of that Clev team very much, except Lebron never had a All Star caliber player with him (in which I mean Boozer). I don't know if his injuries are really bothering him, not that it's a valid excuse cause he is out there playing over 30 minutes a game, but this is why I called him overrated at the beginning of the season. He's barely averaging 10 points a game, when they need double that from him to be able to win it this year. Rose does way too much and when he struggles, the team struggles to win.

Yeah, that's what is odd. He had a good regular season, but has been challenged in the playoffs. You have to give Hansbrough a lot of credit, I think. He played like a hoss that first round.

I hope Boozer turns it around, though, otherwise I expect some kind of injury announcement soon after the season ends. :panic::lol

I agree they've done quite well for themselves.

No, I'm with ya. I think like most folks they're a year away from winning it all. They need to add a solid SG and stay healthy for a whole year.

What I think is happening right now with Chicago is they might be running out of gas a bit. They've been beat up all year long Noah missed 35 games and Boozer another 20-25 games. Did they have to use so much energy to get the best record that Rose, Deng, etc are starting to get tired?

Oh I've felt all year long the teams that should be the faves to win it all are the Lakers, Celtics, and if the Heat did things right have the three best shots. They have the "most" superstars per team and that can and will win you a ring or two.

Anything can happen and who knows maybe Chicago gets on awesome roll.

COY, ROY, MVP.... none of that means crap to me.

They gonna bring home the ring baby!

So what's your requirements for the HOF?!?!

You could be right, where Rose and Deng may be gassed.
I'm thinking it's more that we're running into some hot teams. Both the Pacers and Hawks shot lights out so far. The officiating could help us out a little, too, but championship teams need to overcome that crap.

Like you said, anything can happen, so let's hope they get on a roll!

:hi5:

Nice to see Deng and Noah have a good game and carry Boozer's turf toe. :lol

Deng continues to impress me. He's been sooo consistent with the Bulls. Year after year he puts up good numbers and great d.

Good luck to those cheering on their teams in the 2nd game. I gotta go to bed...me soooo tired.

Yeah, they played pretty well. I agree deng doesn't get enough credit. I really like the way he plays.

Hopefully LA evens their series up.

I think you can stick a fork in the lakers.... Although if one team is capable of losing a 2-0 series lead it's Dallas. (however this time they go home for games 3 & 4)
