According to MetroNews.ca it is only a matter of time before Steve Nash rejoins coach Mike D'Antoni as a member of the New York Knicks.

MetroNews.ca claimed the rumor is being spread like wildfire by league sources. They predict Nash will be with the Knicks before 2010.

Makes sense, too. Nash already has an off-season home in New York. He plays in a Manhattan soccer league during the off-season. And he has gone on record as saying New York would satisfy his cultural interests and foster his filmmaking desires.

There's also the fact that Mike D'Antoni is the new Knicks coach and used to be Nash's coach in Phoenix, where the point guard and the Suns excelled in a fast-paced system that is being introduced these days in New York.

And, oh yes, the Knicks made two trades last week that cleared $27-million U.S. in their salary cap.

Im not buying into that one bit. Why would Nash rejoin a team who is a "fixer-upper" and basically in the rebuilding phase from ground zero? He's almost at the end of his career, I say he has 5 quality years left at the least...I doubt he'd want to spend those last 3 trying to get to the playoffs with his new team. And the Knicks? Ewwwwwwwwwww, they are like the Cavs were but without Lebron :lol

Lakers, Celtics.. No one else can touch them.. On a different level then the rest of the league.. Difference between these two teams is the Lakers are Alot deeper and younger, basically we can withstand the injury bug more so..

I'll let the Suns and Rocket fans bicker amongst themselves..

Being realistic here, saying that the Suns are at that level would be like Josh saying sideshow is the best company. However, I don't think you can count out detroit, cleveland, and san antonio.

I am definitely optimistic about The Spurs, but they need to beat some quality teams starting with Houston tonight.

If he thinks it could bring Lebron and get him a title he might risk it. Athletes have done crazier things.

Can't go through a day without thinking of me? :lol

Actually, I do think SS is seriously the best company out there. They make a nice product themselves and bring in awesome stuff from HT, Medicom, etc. Plus their CS, returns policy, RP, etc. Sounds like a pretty good company 2 me. :D

Hey Nash come play for the Rockets all our stars are injured at the moment.:rotfl

Stat got tossed from techs with 4 mins left in the 4th. the 2nd one was BS, all he did was throw his arm to a traveling call....didnt seem warranted imo.

I've been reading grumblings from Stoudemire saying he doesn't like the way the Suns have been using him on offense.. Looks like the Sun is setting on the Suns..

Did Shaq bring the cancer, or had this been brewing since his pre-arrival w/ the grumblings of Marion..

Its hard to get a bunch of egos to co-exist.. This is what I love about the current Laker Machine..

LeBron and Nash shoud be pretty Exciting together in NY in 2010.. The Celtics will be over by then so looks like a Lakers/Knicks rivalry is in the make.

Yeah heard a bit of that as well...but don't know yet how serious it is. I think most of it is frustration that they can't get into any real good offensive rhythm yet. If they were efficient on the offensive end I dont think anyone would be grumbling. Nash/Lebron combo would be killer, but I know if Lebron is at a point in his career where he is ready to be next to a true PG like Nash. I see him as Kobe was when he was younger...likes to be the one to decide what to do with the ball. Kobe right now with nash i'd love to see.
