Today we enjoyed an extra large slice of humble pie..

If the deep and talented Lakers have an achilles heel it is that sometimes they think that they can just step out there and win..

Before the game I was talking to my dad and saying we should be fine if we attack the rim all game long and don't just settle for outside shots.. After all the only big they have left is the one that got punked by Fish..

Well^^^^^ slap us from start to finish..

I can't tell you how many times I saw Gasol and Odom stand flat footed while defending guards make their layups.. .

LOL how exactly did fisher "punked" scola?Cuz he gave him a cheap shot? Fisher saw him coming,reared up and hit him with everything he had and only knocked him down. Scola got up like nothing,no team doctor checked on him. so just cuz he didn't go after him and maybe get a T and maybe and ejection (see artest) he got punked? Scola is 6' 10" and about 80 pounds heavier that fisher,on a pick up game with no refs,no cameras and knowing that everybody is gonna make sure scola don't get to him,there's no way he pulls that B.S.IF kyle lowry did that to gasol or odom it would have the same result, he would't be "punking him" is just a simple cheap shot, you don't know our team like we do,just like i don't really watch yours a whole lot,so i let you in on this secret,Scola is no punk As far as the lakers go you said it right there,they play without heart most times,yes they are more talented but not a TEAM. The have the best player in the world,but maybe that's not all it takes to win a ring.We may not win this series,but we lost T-mac,yao and deke,if you don't win a ring,what would their excuse be... NO heart. i would hate to be that team.

We actually do play good team ball (just not always consistantly)..

IMO The Lakers should have never signed Fisher. IF...and I mean IF the Lakers lose this series, it will not be because of Kobe or Yao or Atest or Gasol...it will be because Fisher is too old and slow to guard Brooks. That is my opinion. The Lakers have no one quick enough to guard him.

Remember my words...they seem to be coming true.

And another crazy stat...without Yao the Rockets are 4-0 all time against the Lakers.

Lakers in 6. I kind of feel bad for Houston. If they can get their Team healthy next Season, (Yao, Mac, etc) they could take the West, they can be that good. They are basically an invalid team now. They showed great courage in Game #3 but I don't see a repeat of that happening in Game 6, knowing they would have to travel back to LA and get whomped in Game 7 for sure. Plus the Lakers were so humiliated in Game 3, the talk here in L.A. was brutal(even Leno trashed them) they won't let that happen again.

Man, Orlando really freaking blew it big time. Didn't even score a bucket the last 5:32 of the game....just sad.
