with big bucks comes big responsibility

just a minor slip magic are no where near as good as celtiics were last year

lakers will win it, just a matter of when

Yeah, this shouldn't be a shock they lost. I do think they'll win the next two and end this in 5. Orlando is too good of a team to get swept.

Kobe will blame it on himself.. But you're right..

He did miss crucial free throws.. 5 of 10.. and that turn over in the end.. Ouch..
Nothing I hate more than missed Freebies and that ^^^^ing turnover had me SCREAMING, "WTF!?!".

Agreed.....next year they'll take it all. :lol

Had the Lakers actually hit their Free Throws and held on to the damn ball at the end they'd be up 3-0 right now. :banghead Oh well, live and learn.

:lol Well you could go back and say if Lee hits they lay up at the end of regulation in game 2 the Magic are up 2-1.

Not the same thing, that's a last second desperation attempt to win a game. Hitting Free Throws is something that the Lakers and any other NBA team should be doing consistently night in and out, and no lower than 75% at that. It's quite simple really, if the Lakers hit their throws last night, they win. The End.

:rotfl WTF! It was a lay up at the end of the game. A play in which the Lakers even got away with a goaltend(Phil even admited that https://sports.espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/2009/news/story?id=4246830).

You misunderstand, I'm saying that the layup attempt was one play that either won or lost the game for them.

The Lakers hitting their free throws is something had they (should've) done all game long, it would've led to a victory. Get what I'm trying to say here?

EDIT: Oh and you mean Goaltend like when Howard put his hand thru the hoop to block Pau's dunk, right? ;)

I'm definitely of the firm belief that the Magic must win all three at home to even remotely have a chance of winning the series. Dropping one is fatal imo...

The last game the Magic just stopped the bleeding, the Lakers will definitely take one of the next two.

Both teams seem to be pretty equal at this point, based on the last two games. It's just a matter of who gets the rebounds, who makes the free throws, who makes the layups, etc.

Kobe is looking to destroy today.. After a dissapointing performance I look for him to dominate..

As I mentioned before its all about how sharp Orlando's marksmen shoot for them to win or not..

:lol Sure when he's not busy hugging Magic players in the hall way. :lol
